home through "pop in" services. 

Covering Saffron Walden, Thaxted, Great Dunmow, Stansted,
Duxford, Linton, Haverhill and surrounding villages. 

Fully insured and DBS checked and qualified in Animal
Welfare (MSc), Vet Consult Assistant (Level 4) and Cat Behaviour (level 3). 

Member of National Association of Pet Sitters UK (NARPSUK). 

FAQ

When are you usually available? I can visit mornings, afternoons or evenings to suit your cats needs. 

Can you administer medication? I have plenty of experience with administering a variety of medications.

Can you offer grooming? I do not have professional grooming experience eg at a pet groomers. However, I am capable of running a brush through obliging cats.

How long will you stay with my cat(s)? Each visit lasts between 30-45 minutes.

Will you be able to water plants and bring in the mail? Yes, if requested.

Can you give advice on behaviour issues? I'm qualified in Animal Welfare and have additional qualifications in cat behaviour.

Our Story

You can fully rest on your holiday knowing I’m taking care of your cats. I’ve not simply owned cats all my life, I’ve been involved with animal charities since I was a child when my sister and I would hold fundraising events in the back garden for Wood Green Animal Shelter.

My passion led me to university to study Wildlife Conservation, where I learned to handle many species from small mammals (mice, hamsters etc.) to sheep and goats. This was really handy as I was also working at Barn Nursery, Thaxted. I began fostering for Friends of Felines whilst studying a Masters degree in Animal Welfare at Writtle University College.  

I founded Toe Beans Cat Rescue during the tier system of December 2020 to fill a void of rescue services in the area. Due to the experience I’ve had with wild animals I dealt with feral cats and cats with behavioural issues, I learned to microchip and then completed a veterinary consult assistant course.
