Hello I am 48 years old.Although I am new to doing this as a business, I have many years experience with dogs.My parents had dogs before my sister and I came along, so we have always had dogs in the family.They have always been rescue dogs.We mainly had Doberman's, so I am used to dealing with large dogs.

I do not have any pets at home, which is sad but it just wouldn't have been fair as my partner and I were always at work.I have recently left a job within the prison service.This was demanding and long hours.I questioned where I was going in life.I now realise what I want to do, as being around animals makes me happy! I have an adopted Goat at a local Goat Sanctuary and visit him on a regular basis.

I am happy to look after dogs in my home. We live in a flat, but there are plenty of walking areas around and nice woods.I wouldn't be prepared to walk the dog off the lead though as we live near a busy road.As this is my only job, dogs in my care will have my full attention and would not be left alone at anytime.

For dogs that are staying overnight, it would depend on where they want to sleep, the lounge and our bedroom door will be open at all times.

Finally, I have an up to date DBS certificate.
