Hello, I'm Audrey, dog mum to lovely Lotus (7 year old female border collie).

I have 2 locations for doggy day care and boarding, the default address on Pawshake is at SE9 where I live with my partner, Jeremie, and also where Lotus lives. The other address is at DA16 where there are no other dogs, and your pooch will be taken care of by my mum, Sue, who lives alone. Unneutered male dogs are only allowed at DA16.

Note: If you have a location of preference, please state this in your message, and we’ll aim to accommodate, otherwise the default location is SE9. In the event one house is fully booked, we’ll offer the other.

Sorry, we are unable to take dogs if they are in season and dogs are not allowed to sleep in our bed.

What to expect:

Both locations offer a large fenced garden so playing in between walks will not be a problem, plus plenty of opportunity for going toilet. There is always someone in the house either working from home or retired. We do not leave dogs alone for more than 2 hours when they are boarding. If dogs are coming for day care, there will always be someone at home the entire time.

At each house, we can board 1 dog and have 1 dog for day care at any one time (or up to 2 dogs from the same family).

A typical day for day care is x1 one hour walk, plus as much time as the dog likes in the garden. I usually start day care from 7am onwards and ending no later than 7pm. This is negotiable but regular early starts or late finishes are not possible.

Dogs that are boarding shall have x1 one hour walk in the morning, x1 thirty minute walk in the evening plus garden time. If weather is good, there may be a third walk in the day.

The above walking routines are aligned with what Lotus has but we can discuss the specific needs for your dog.
