Going away and need someone to look after your animal companion?

Finding the right person to trust looking after your best friend whilst you're away is tough, I get it. I'm here to help provide the confidence that your precious companion will be in safe and capable hands whilst you are away. 

I have previously used this website myself to find someone to look after my 5 month old puppy (Luna) as I couldn't bear the thought of her staying in a Kennel. I'm sure we share this same sentiment if you are looking on this website :) 

About me:

Having grown up surrounded by dogs, I've nurtured a deep appreciation and love for all animals. My heart actually melts whenever I come across other dogs, I always find myself stopping to chat to the owner to ask if I can pet them!

I used to live on a farm and have grown up with all sorts of dogs, including Labradors, Golden Retrievers, Poodles, Bulldogs, German Shepherds, Daschunds, Mutts and everything in between, I love them all. 

My girlfriend & I currently have a 5-month old Rottweiler (Luna) who is our entire World - we are the type of people to treat our pets like children and she was even sleeping with us in our bed until recently (she is a bit too big now, but sleeps in her own bed next to us). 

As well as our puppy we also look after our 2-year old cat (Nida) who is a rescue. They both get on great, Nida's maternal instinct kicked in when we brought Luna home, which was so cute to see. They will often play together and sit patiently side-by-side when we give them treats. 

Over the years I have done research on best practise for looking after and caring for dogs, I also take a particular interest in dog training and would be happy to provide those services too, if you would like. 

Luna (our 5-month old puppy) currently knows: sit, stay, down, roll-over, spin, bow, paw, come, next to me (sits next to me), middle (sit between legs), heel, leave it, drop it, fetch, look (at my eyes), where's mommy (goes to mummy), where's daddy (goes to daddy). She also loves when I place a treat somewhere and has to solve a problem to get it. 

She is full of love and very social with other dogs and people and she will love the ability to have a sleep over or spend time with another friend. 

I understand the importance of providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for your pets. I take pride in offering personalised care that suits each dog's unique needs, ensuring they receive the attention, exercise, and mental stimulation they deserve.

Beyond caring for your dog's physical well-being, I'm dedicated to building a bond with your pet based on trust, love, and companionship. I'll treat your dog as if they were my own, showering them with affection and ensuring their happiness during their time with me.

Do note that any animal must be fully vaccinated to ensure everyone safety. I am happy to accept up to 2 dogs from the same household, but will never accept multiple bookings from different households on the same day.
