A little bit about me, Whilst growing up there was always a variety of animals in the household,

We bred as a family Dobermans and miniature Yorkshire terrier in the home as a child and I have fond memories of being surrounded by puppies.

I have owned and cared for most animals through my life. I have looked after friends and families Fur babies in emergencies and holidays and through personal Experience of the sheer worry I know how hard it is to find someone who you can trust to look after your best companion whilst you go away.

I am only interested in the very best welfare for your Pet also for the welfare of my two boys Ted and Bob.

I want you to be completely comfortable when you have to leave your pet so meet and greet can be as often as you need to be satisfied that your furry friend is going to be happy. I am aiming to build a relationship Not only with your pet, but with you also.

I prefer clear open communication and have always always been told if you don't ask you don't get, There is never a silly question??

Due to early retirement, I am now at home all day every day apart from a three hour slot twice a week but after a good walk and some enrichment toys ( lickimats or snuffle toys) everyone is happy to sleep. Every room has a camera so I can keep an eye on things during that time. The rest of the time your furry friend will be with me.

My day starts with walking the boys approx 45-1hr we have local parks, fields and woodlands with streams nearby.

During field walks we play ball or Frisbee or Find it ... small treats thrown and then we have to find it, this really get their senses working it's lovely hearing lots of sniffs and snorts as they really start to engage their smell. And then, depending on the time of year, if everyone gets filthy in mud, then it is home for a warm shower In the wet room.

Everyone is quite happy then to chill out for a few hours whilst I get my chores done. I have a large enclosed garden where everyone can just come and go as they please. There is no off-limits in the house.

When I go out your fur baby will come with me, that maybe to the pet shop (for treats and toys) weekend market, or to the local pub for lunch. Your best friend will always have a human companion.

I would expect your furry friend to have run at the house the same as mine do. I can accommodate any routine your pet may have if you like them to go in their crate to calm down after breakfast or after a long run or just to get away from everyone.

I will try to keep as close to their normal schedule as possible. There are various beds dotted all around the house so always somewhere for some quiet time. At the end of the day, everyone needs to be happy. That is our goal, then at teatime, another walk whether that be a pavement walk or another grass walk. Year and time depending

I have a fully secured garden 6ft fences, All rooms have doors that shut securely, cameras and tall Stairgates so there is double protection for those escape artists.

During there stay I will update you with our daily activities with photos and videos, and if you need to FaceTime that's fine too.

I am afraid I will not care for Dogs on the banded breed list, And I am very sorry if I offend when I say I cannot accommodate your pet, This will be down to the fact that I do not want an incident with either your pet or mine.
