I'm an animal person through and through, with 10+ years of experience in taking care of cats, dogs, horses, hamsters, rats, budgies, fish, and chinchillas! I am and have always been an animal lover, and nothing makes me happier than spending time with four-legged friends.

I have been pet sitting and dog walking for 2-3 years now on an occasional basis, but my dream is to eventually make a career out of animal care as it is my biggest passion in life (without sounding too generic!), so I would love to work as a pet sitter/dog walker on a much more regular basis.I have lots of experience in dog walking, feeding (dogs, cats, small animals), home boarding and overnight sitting (as well as cuddling & playing of course). I'm a very active person so I'll have no problem keeping up with your pet!

Other animal related experience (apart from watching countless episodes of The Dog Whisperer and David Attenborough documentaries) includes an invaluable 2 week placement at a veterinary clinic as an animal care assistant, volunteering on a weekly basis as a leader at my local Riding for the Disabled Association, and completing assignments and exams on Animal Behaviour and Welfare during my Psychology Degree (which I passed with high marks). I am also currently in the process of applying to a Master's on Animal Behaviour and Welfare to build on my knowledge and to help me pursue my long term goals.

So, I have lots of animal care and pet sitting experience, and I love caring for and spending time with animals, so it's up to you to decide whether I'm the right person to help you with your pet. I can guarantee I am equipped with the ability to look after all the animals I have mentioned, and I'm eager to help! I will be able to walk/sit/overnight sit at the owner's home, and possibly also my own home. All of your pets will be treated with the utmost love and care as if they were my own.
