"This was the first time we used Emma & Beth to look after our 2 indoor cats for five days, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From the beginning Emma & Beth were professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. Daily updates, including photos and notes about my cats' activities and well-being, kept us reassured. Upon returning home, I found my cats happy, healthy, and well-cared for, with their litter boxes clean and food and water dishes full. "Rea stepped in at the least minute when I was away and needed a cat sitter urgently in an emergency to give medication and food twice a day. She messaged back really quickly, was very responsive and gave me complete confidence that my cat was in good hands even though she had never been to the house or met him before. I arrived back to a happy and healthy cat, so can't ask for more! "

"Katie looked after my cats really well when I was away for 18 days around Christmas. The cats got very friendly with her and absolutely loved her company. Even though the cats troubled her a lot, Katie dealt with everything very well and I'm really thankful to her for taking care of my cats during Christmas so I could have a stress-free trip back home."

"Livi is a fantastic Pet Sitter, could not recommend her services more. She easily very attentive to my cat and was a great communicator with us when we were away on a trip. "Sarah was a god-send when we were needing a pet-sitter for our visually impaired dog and all arranged fairly last minute in August. It was so reassuring to know that Sarah would be checking in on our dog and taking care of his feeding and potty breaks. It worked out really well and we definitely recommend Sarah for any of her Pawshake services. We used the home visits for a few days and Sarah was/is 100% reliable and trustworthy. It was a great experience for us all and so hassle free. I no longer need to be anxious about going away if I can't bring my dog - thanks Sarah!"

"Helen was a fantastic pet-sitter for our nervous visually impaired Boarder Collie. I'm so glad we found her on Pawshake! Helen was so efficient at getting back to my initial enquiry and all the communication from start to finish was amazing. It was also great and very reassuring to meet Helen before we went away and gave the chance for Wilfie to meet her. We knew immediately that Helen was a real animal lover, with a lifetime experience of animal ownership and a real commitment to take the time to listen and tailor make her house visits to exactly what we needed and wanted for Wilfie.
This was the first time we couldn't bring Wilfie away with us and I was a bit anxious about leaving him, so thank you Helen for being so understanding and for putting my mind at peace. It was lovely to get pup-dates from home and to see your photos and videos of our boy having a really fun stay-cation! We highly recommend Helen for her 5 star care and service 🌟 🐾 🐕 "

"Zoe came to help me administer medication (eye ointment) for my German Shepherd for 5 days. Both of my dogs took to her instantly and were excited to see her every time she arrived.
Zoe is kind, friendly, calm, courteous and very professional. I currently have a very young puppy and she knew all of the correct things to do when it came to his behaviour.
She went above and beyond to make sure that my adult dog was stress free and comfortable when applying ointment into her eyes (which is no easy task). Zoe has such a calming demeanour that my dog instantly settled and allowed us to work away.
I can't recommend Zoe enough and I know that my dogs will be delighted to see her again when I book her pet-sitting services. Because of her dedication in helping me with a difficult task, my dogs now know her very well and trust her, and I know they'll be well looked after when I'm away.
