We had a bad experience with a cat sitter in the past, so we were naturally quite anxious about finding someone new. A friend recommended Pawshake, as they had always had great experiences and couldn't fault any of the cat sitters they had booked through the platform.
That's when we came across Char's profile. After a quick chat, Char offered to come over for a face-to-face meeting and to meet our cat, Cleo. From the very first moment, we could tell how warm, welcoming, and genuinely lovely Char is. She has exactly the kind of energy you want around your pet when you're away.
Throughout our trip, we received clear, informative updates and messages, which gave us complete peace of mind. It was obvious that Cleo was being well cared for and receiving plenty of attention and affection.
We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Char to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and professional pet sitter."

"We have never used a pet sitter before so were a bit apprehensive. Anna was lovely from start to finish. Her communication was great and she has a fabulous personality. When we returned from our holiday our cat jasper looked great and was quite happy which pleased us no end. We would not hesitate in booking anna again when we go away in the future. "Miya took wonderful care of my two cats while I was away over the weekend. She was reliable, attentive, and clearly cared about their wellbeing. She kept me updated with photos and videos, which gave me great peace of mind whilst I was away.
It was obvious that my cats genuinely liked her, which meant the world to me. They looked happy and relaxed throughout her visits, and it was clear they had been very well looked after.
