"Heather was a great find via Pawshake. She came to meet us before finalising the booking and then popped over to pick up the keys once everything was arranged. Heather agreed to do two visits per day and kept in touch with me by sending photos of our cat at least once a day. This was reassuring as I was concerned our cat might just take off as he tends to be nervous around strangers. Our cat was fine when we returned home and I would recommend Heather to anyone who is thinking of having a pet sitter come home rather than taking a pet to kennels/a cattery. Thank you, Heather!"

"Julie was excellent from the first moment I contacted her. I could tell that she really loves cats and is very experienced as an owner. My cat is elderly and nervous with anyone other than me but he liked her immediately when she came to visit. It gave me great peace of mind to know that he was being loved and cared for so well while I was away. She even sent me daily updates and photos.
I have no hesitation in recommending her as a cat sitter as she is conscientious, reliable and thoroughly professional. I hope to use her whenever I go away now, if she is available.

"Mairead is a fantastic cat sitter and took great care of our cat while we were away for the Easter weekend. After the first five minutes of the meet and greet with Mairead, I knew she loves animals and deeply cares about their welfare. Our cat is 17 years old with some health issues and requires medications twice a day. Mairead provided our cat with fantastic care. She spent time with her and sent us daily updates, including
photos. We now feel comfortable going away as we know she will be cared for and would happily recommend Mairead to anyone!

"Sophie is the most fantastic cat sitter ever! I would give even more stars if it were possible!
She went above and beyond in all aspects. She was wonderfully engaged in the pre meet phase and even kindly came to see us twice and was really careful and understanding about our pet's needs.
She was very easy to communicate with and to work with. This was a special booking as it was at my mother's house and Sophie was wonderfully flexible in working with both of us and extremely proactively!
Her care of Kimchi was simply outstanding, she clearly truly loves animals and genuinely enjoys befriending them. She played with her every visit and she impressively won Kimchi's trust - which can be very difficult! Kimchi came to greet her on a daily basis and looked forward to a new game Sophie introduced with her. Kimchi will miss her visits with Sophie very much and will very much look forward to the next time myself and my mother are unable to look after her so she can be with Sophie again!
I felt totally at ease and genuinely looked forward to my regular text updates which were funny and sweet!
Thank you so much Sophie for the absolute wonderful care you took of Kimchi, it really made my holiday enjoyable knowing how happy my cat was. I couldn't recommend Sophie anymore. I will 100% be contacting her in future for other visits.

"We booked Caitlin for home visits to oversee our pet rabbit whilst away for a week. From the very first meeting, Caitlin was a total star. Super knowledgable about all aspects of care with meticulous attention to detail. During the visits she reported back each day and we felt 100% assured our rabbit was in the very best of hands. Caitlin went over and above our xpectations, even giving me expert advice on how to bond our rabbit with a second later this month. "I am so grateful to have found someone I can trust to look after my two cats when I am away. Kathy is not only diligent in her care but also kept me up to date with when she was visiting, how my cats were eating and behaving and interacted with them so they had some play time. "Sandy took great care of our two cats during our two week holiday. Prior to cat-sitting, Sandy took time to meet and find out about the cats and their routines, which filled us with confidence. It was lovely to receive updates and photos while we were away. On our return, it was clear that the cats had been well looked after and their litter tray and feeding area had been cleaned regularly. "We have never used a pet sitter before so were a bit apprehensive. Anna was lovely from start to finish. Her communication was great and she has a fabulous personality. "Pheobe recently looked after our cat whilst we were away for a weekend. She has great communication and was really flexible to fit around what we needed on each day. She is warm and friendly and my (very spoilt) cat immediately liked her. I received picture updates whilst we were gone which is a nice touch and our cat was very happy and relaxed as well as well groomed when we arrived home. "I can’t thank Reza enough for the care and attention he gave our two cats! Shortly before we went away, our elderly cat became ill and we were keeping her comfortable with medication but worried that she might take a turn for the worse. If this had happened before we’d booked our holiday we would not have gone away, but thanks to Reza we were able to relax and enjoy our holiday. He is a natural with cats, and both of ours were happy and comfortable with him. He let us know how our cats were getting on and sent photos every evening - we were so reassured by how content they both looked. I really felt Reza went above and beyond my expectations of a cat sitter and I am very grateful!"
