"I had the pleasure of having Becky as cat sitter, and I couldn't be more impressed. During our meet and greet, her genuine love for pets was already evident. She explored the building and shared sweet moments behind the window with Ludovico. Ludovico, who usually gets stressed alone, was surprisingly calm upon our return from holiday. Becky's professionalism and the impeccably clean house truly make her a superstar. A huge thank you to Becky for her time and outstanding care!"

"we were understandably nervous about using a pet sitter - our boys usually go to a cattery but for 2 days it seemed worth trying Char to avoid the stress to them.
We met Char who was confident approachable and knowledgeable, and the boys both seemed to like her at the start. We got a text on day one which was immensely reassuring, as all was going well. On our return the boys were both happy and Char left a note full of information on how they had been. we will hopefully book Char again and I would recommend her. she made it an easy decision to use a pet sitter."

"Leaving the cats in a cattery or even at home with a cat sitter used to be an exercise in guilt. Well with Alexandra minding my two cats now, guilt is a thing of the past. I know for certain that they're having an absolutely lovely time. Having regular, reliable company; a friendly face; someone who speaks cat (she actually does btw); someone who plays with them, thinks about what they most need (one wants toy-play, one wants conversation and reassurance), and for me, i get regular daily updates, photos, videos. Very prompt replies to all messages. When we returned from a recent 10-day holiday the cats were relaxed, affectionate, and clearly their expectations were pretty high on the interaction-front!! I've had to up-my-game! If you love your cat, i cannot recommend Alexandra more highly. (And I am a very picky reviewer)."

"We have never used a pet sitter before so were a bit apprehensive. Anna was lovely from start to finish. Her communication was great and she has a fabulous personality. When we returned from our holiday our cat jasper looked great and was quite happy which pleased us no end. We would not hesitate in booking anna again when we go away in the future. "Jo looked after my 4 cats brilliantly whilst I was on holiday. She is a warm, friendly and engaging person who kept me up to date daily with how my cats were doing. My cats seemed happy and my house was clean and tidy when I came home so she'd obviously cleaned up around the litter tray and kept the feeding area clean of spills, as well as being good with the cats. I really appreciated Jo's help whilst I was away, felt comfortable leaving my cats in her care, and would definitely recommend her to others."

"I cannot put into words how fantastic Louise has been. From the first communication I felt I had found the solution to my problem as to who might look after my feline whilst i was away - upon meeting Louise I knew he would be in good hands but having now availed her of her services for 6 days she has surpassed every expectation. Louise is a god-send. Casper ( my cat ) adored her and she clearly adores cats. I had daily updates and pictures and I cannot thank her enough. I would totally reommend Louise should you need someone to cover your cats needs whilst you are away whether for one or multiple visits. Louise came twice a day and was absolutely fab - we returned to a very happy cat and she had even emptied the bins and put in fresh bin liners. Thank you Pawshake and Louise for everything .
