We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Communication was outstanding throughout, the house was left absolutely spotless, and everything was handled with genuine care and professionalism. We were quite anxious at first as we’d never used a dog sitter before, but all of our worries disappeared straight away. We met Steven before our trip and our dogs absolutely loved Steven and were happy, relaxed, and clearly very well cared for when we returned. Steven also went above and beyond by looking after our seven chickens, which was incredibly reassuring and appreciated. Steven is friendly, trustworthy, professional, and truly outstanding at what he does. We would 100% recommend Steven without hesitation and will definitely be using him again. The cat sitting service was excellent. Ash was reliable, professional, and clearly experienced with cats and a great communicator. We had a pre-meeting a few weeks before where we got to know each other and be able to provide information about our cat before the booking. During the cat sitting she kept me updated with messages and photos over the weekend which gave me great peace of mind while I was away. I would definitely use this service and Ash again and highly recommend her to other cat owners.
