"Nicky was fantastic! Our usual cat sitter was away and I found Nicky on the Pawshake site as being local to us. Her communication was quick, clear and super efficient. She was flexible and supportive and allowed us to take a spontaneous weekend away feeling secure that our house and cats were in great hands. She was completely reliable and updated us just as I requested, managing all our priorities - like ensuring one of the cats didn’t eat all of the food! "Emma is a fantastic cat sitter! She looked after our two cats last week, visiting twice a day to feed them, give them treats, play with them, and clean their trays. She also kindly watered our plants. Each day, she sent us lovely updates with amazing photos, which really put our minds at ease. It's clear she truly loves animals and knows how to care for them. Emma is also a cheerful, kind person, and I really enjoyed chatting with her. This isn’t the first time she’s looked after our cats, and it definitely won’t be the last. "Sandra cared for our two Maine Coon cats, Lily and Lani, for a week while we were on holiday. She visited daily to feed and care for them, and sent us videos each day, which was incredibly reassuring and allowed us to see how happy and relaxed they were.
Sandra spent time interacting with both cats during every visit, and it was clear from the videos they were comfortable, well cared for, and enjoying her company. She even watered outdoor pot plants while we were away which was very much appreciated. Knowing they were in such capable hands gave us complete peace of mind while we were away.
Sandra was professional, reliable, and clearly loved animals. We couldn’t ask for better care for Lily and Lani. I cannot recommend her highly enough and would not hesitate to use her services again in the future."

"So grateful to find and have Clare look after our 3 cats the past 10 days. She was so friendly, communicative and kind throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble, Teddy tends to wander off and Clare spent extra time to call him and ensure that he ate and had cuddles.
