Simone & James

Hello there!

We are James and Simone. I, Simone, am 25 years old and an accountant. I live in Chesterfield with my partner, James, our two gorgeous little girls, and (as some may call) our own little zoo!

We have a variety of animals in our household, including 2 turtles (Pearl and Aqua), an axolotl (Axel), fish, 3 Guinea pigs (Gino, Gordon and Fred - who are rescues), 2 cats (Brie and Shae) and 2 dogs (Edie the Dogue de Bordeaux and Jarvis the Cocker Spaniel).

I have always grown up with pets and I am a firm believer a house is not a home without the unconditional love of an animal! I have learned to appreciate the quirks that each breed/species has to offer and I treat my animals as members of the family (as they are!). I would be privileged to offer the same amount of care and love to your furry companions.

I have experience working in a dog groomers for 2 years. This opened my knowledge grooming and making sure our furry friends are looking as smart as can be!

In addition to caring for my own, I have regularly cared for family and friends' pets. I have experience with cats, small breeds of dogs (such as Yorkshire Terriers), medium dogs (such as cocker spaniels) and large breeds (such as Dogue de Bordeaux). I am a confident animal lover, who has experience in taking care of special requirements, whether that be diet specific, or behavioural.

In terms of the services I am able to provide, I can do house visits, or spend the day with your furry friend on the weekends if they require a little more attention. I am available for dog walks and am more than confident in continuing training whilst they are in my care if that is something you are working on.
