Hi everyone, my name is Bronwyn - I'm a 31 year old Australian living in Edinburgh. Back home in Australia, I spent my life with my dogs, always labradors, always obsessed. Sadly, to move here, I've left my family dog Ruby behind with my parents, as I only plan to be in Scotland for a few years. But I miss her more than anything else! Spending time with other people's pets is an agreeable alternative haha
I have a lot of experience pet-sitting, from multiple tiny dogs at once, to giant 80kg St Bernards that think they're lap dogs. I have even looked after cats and fish. I take pet sitting and walking very seriously - your pet will be treated like I treat my own (like my child), because I would want the same for my Ruby.
I have experience with dogs with anxiety (the St Bernard I looked after, Theo, was on prozac and other drugs - and no strangers could visit the house or he'd get very aggressive) and even my own Ruby is dog-reactive, but I found ways to still get great walks in without the stress of her being aggressive.
I am dog-obsessed. I will roll on the floor with your dog. I will smoosh it up against my chest and tell it how amazing it is (because that's the truth). Not just dogs - I do love all animals so I'm up for almost any kind of pet sitting!
I am mostly looking to walk your dogs, or to pet sit at your home. In saying that, pet sitting at my apartment may be possible, so do reach out!
I prefer sitting a bit more closer to the centre of town for work and also because I have sport three nights a week that is pre paid so I don't like to miss it. So the closer to the centre of town you are, the better. In saying that, it's worth reaching out (especially if it's a weekend sit) and we can see! Thanks, Bron
Full refund if canceled before 12:00 p.m. one day before the booking, 50% refund afterward.
No refund is payable if the booking is canceled on or after the start date.
Note: All times are based on the sitter’s time zone
Bronwyn gave me complete peace of mind in her care of Arthur while we were away. We kept in touch, and the photo of my cat cheerfully adopting someone else's lap was accepted as the price I pay for being away! I'd very happily ask her back.
Bronwyn was a delight to communicate with and looked after Dougal exceptionally well. Would highly recommend.
