"Aly was so lovely and I appreciate how much care she took of my two cats. Both very different to deal with… a chill/shy 8yo old boy and a wild 1yo Bengal to look after. She was great from the get go, meeting them prior to the booking and then giving them the time they needed whilst I was away for a week. Even taking my Bengal for an adventure outside. Great pictures, Couldn’t recommend more, thank you Aly! "

"Exceeded all expectations! We haven’t used a pet sitter before and were naturally a little hesitant, but Luka made everything easy and we felt secure and safe having them in our home. Received daily updates and pictures of our little one, and mini videos which put our mind at ease. Returned home to a happy, content kitty. "I've been through about 4 or 5 cat sitters, and I can say with absolute certainty that Isabelle is the best. She has a care, attention, and professionalism that is very hard to find. Isabelle sent me regular pictures and videos, and updates about my cat's behaviours (including one that I need to keep an eye on going forward). "Shea has been amazing! She cared for our two cats for five days and did a wonderful job. "Faith was absolutely wonderful! She took care of my two bunnies while I was away. Communication was great, very consistent and I got regular updates. "We hired Janelle to look after our two precious cats from 7th to 9th March 2024. She took the best care of our cats, precisely following our directions and recommendations. She proved to be very trustworthy and reliable, which put my partner and myself at ease during our absence. Communication with Janelle was fluid, with an update accompanied by photos or videos of our two cats being sent over to us after each visit.
It was evident from the videos and photos she sent us that our two cats were exceptionally comfortable in her presence. One of our cats is very fearful by nature and had never felt as comfortable around a pet sitter as she felt around Janelle, approaching her, playing with her and smelling her fingers.
I very happily recommend Janelle to anyone looking for a pet sitter, and would definitely contact her again with future pet sitting opportunities. "
