"Sarah was an absolute angel from start to finish. From an initial visit prior to the booking being made, my partner and I had a wonderful chat with her where she got to meet our cats briefly. Sarah was completely on board with the schedule and needs of the cats and we felt safe leaving our cats with her.
She was punctual, organised and proactive. She shared multiple video clips where possible and advised how well they had eaten or how they were doing. One of my cats is especially shy so she said how she left her to it so as to not bother her which showed her respect for the animals we love so dearly.
With it being our cats' first time with a sitter, they were quite anxious and weren't eating as well as they should have so Sarah would try alternative foods and plates available to encourage eating and kept us up to date with progress.
She also took in parcels and post and let me know about them too!
We were delighted at the level of care shown to our cats and would book Sarah again in a heartbeat. Sarah works incredibly hard to keep our precious pets safe and well and is a fabulous lady who you can have a giggle with!"

"I worked with a cat sitter for the first time and honestly I was a little nervous. But Jacqueline is so sincere and so trustworthy that all my uneasiness disappeared. Jacqueline took such great care of my cats as if they were her own and gave them incredible love. She was in constant communication with me and kept me informed about them every time. "Brigite looked after our cat for two and a half weeks with home visits while we were away on holiday, and she did a superb job. Very friendly and calm, our cat got along well with her instantly. "I love how Paola pays attention to detail. She wanted to make sure that she knew my little Nel: from her treats and her routine down to the way she likes to play ball. I never worried a minute while I was out of town because she had everything under control. It was such a comfort knowing that my little Nel didn’t have to go stay somewhere else, but could stay in her own routine at home. "Above and beyond. I genuinely cannot express how impressed and grateful I am for the wonderful care Joe & Joanna took looking after my cat.
He had recently undergone surgery and a little health scare so I had some mild anxiety over leaving him but the daily updates and videos and obvious care, love and attention was so reassuring I was able to have peace of mind he was well looked after while I was away.
Jo spent time playing, entertaining and giving lots of attention (to a very! needy cat) and I came back to a very calm and happy cat when usually he is very clingly and attention seeking.
Their service was above and beyond - I cannot recommend them highly enough.
