"I recently was away for a business trip, and booked Sue to take care of my cat. Shortly after contacting Sue, she came to the house to meet with my cat (and me) and go through her routine. From meeting Sue, it was clear she really cares about animals and I was confident my cat would be left in safe hands. While I was away, Sue contacted me every day with photos and an update on how my cat was getting on. She even put the bins out for me oh bin day - something I hadn’t asked her to do, but greatly appreciated.
When I returned home, my cat has her normal happy self, her litter box was clean and it was clear her food and water had been changed regularly - something that has not been true in the past when I left her in the care of someone else.
I would not hesitate to book Sue again in future and highly recommend her to others. "

"Nicole is an amazing pet sitter. She looked after our cat Bobby for a week. With every visit she would spend ample time with him, play with him and give him lots of fuss. Nicole would always provide a daily update on Bobby and a photo. Bobby was clearly very comfortable with Nicole which is great because he really struggles with being left at home and feeling ‘abandoned’. We’re very grateful for the amount of time she would spend with him to make him not feel lonely. When we came home Bobby was in such good spirits! Thank you so much. Would 100% recommend Nicole and will be using her as Bobbys pet sitter from now until she stops pet sitting! :) "

"Paulina is a fantastic cat sitter and you really should book her if you get the chance.
Our cat can be quite nervous around new people (being a lockdown kitty) but Paulina must have some form of magic power because he absolutely loved her. When we came back he kept checking the door to see where his new best friend had gone!
We got multiple daily updates with pictures and videos that really helped us to feel comfortable with the fact that we were away from him and allowed us to focus on our trip in a way we just haven't been able to when we get friends to cat sit.
She's an incredibly friendly presence to have in your cat's space and really goes the extra mile to ensure your cat's needs are catered to. We will 100% be booking her again and could not recommend her more thoroughly to anyone needing a professional cat sitter for the first time."

"Great petsitter. Very positive experience for us- it was our first time booking a petsitter. Emma is an experienced petsitter and made the process very easy. Emma was very quick to answer messages and organised a meet and greet with ourselves and our pets - Emma was very friendly and took the time to get to know the cats. Emma sent regular texts and pictures throughout her visits and took very good care of our cats - beyond their basic needs (i.e giving them lots of attention, brushing, playing etc). We will definitely book Emma again in the future. "

"This was our first time leaving our timid, indoor-only boy with a sitter for a week and Veronique was such a great help. "We needed someone experienced to look after our two cats at very short notice, since one of our cats was prescibed antibiotics a few days before our holiday. We needed someone who could give a cat tablets by hand, since Chaos will not take accept them in food.
We couldn't have asked for a better sitter! Makenzie was able to accept at short notice, and came round the day before we went away to meet them and introduce herself. We instantly trusted her, and her love of animals is apparent. We were confident they would be in good hands.
Chaos can be very awkward, and will run away and hide if he is nervous. This happened when Makenzie tried to give him his tablets on the first day. She was really proactive with the situation and even got backup from a neighbour to make sure that Chaos had his antibiotics. She didn't give up and made sure we were kept informed and updated.
The cats were well looked after, and we were so happy to have found her. We got regular pictures and updates, and both cats really warmed to her over the week.
I would highly recommend her as a pet sitter who really cares about animals.

"Shimona very kindly did home visits to our cat, Mina, over Christmas this year. She was lovely - came over to meet Mina in advance of the booking, asked thoughtful questions and put us at ease. "Kayla looked after my cat Love for 5 days recently and everything about the process/experience has been amazing. Her communication is faultless, she gave daily updates, photos and videos.
