"We cannot recommend Cheryl highly enough, to care for your pet. Cheryl attended to our young outdoor cat for 12 days. She visited each day, called him in and fed and cuddled him. He was so happy. She sent us daily updates with videos and photos, to reassure us that all was well...Our cat was so happy and trusting of her, and so were we. Cheryl really does have the ability to connect with animals. We knew our cat would hate a cattery, and thanks to Cheryl, he was able to keep his routine. We would not use anyone else ."

"This was the first time we used Bex, for my two cats, both have there own little special needs and one requires medication! So initially I was very nervous over leaving them! Bex immediately put my nerves at bay, she was very friendly, communicated the whole time we was away, sent lovely photos and videos, and took amazing care of my two babies! Even making sure my house was secure whilst I was away!! I couldn’t thank her enough and now I wouldn’t look anywhere else when my cats need minding!! Best cat sitter EVER xx"

"Jasmine was an absolutely fantastic cat sitter, and I couldn't recommend her more highly. From the very beginning, her communication was excellent—she kept us updated regularly with messages and photos, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away.
She is incredibly conscientious and genuinely cares about the pets she looks after. When we returned home, Merlin was happy, relaxed, and clearly very well cared for. The house was spotless, and everything had been looked after with great attention to detail.
Jasmine also went above and beyond when we had an unexpected issue with our front door. As we were abroad, she was flexible and kindly stayed to meet the locksmith, helping us resolve the problem without any stress.

"I am new to the pawshake service, and was a bit nervous as a result. My cat Shelly is also nervous around new people, and tends to hide a lot. Liana managed to get her to engage quite easily, and this gave me peace of mind for my holiday. Shelly has never been on her own for a long time before.
I was more than happy with the reports being sent daily, and its clear that Shelly was well cared for by Liana, they got on well clearly. It gave me peace of mind and I cannot reccommend Liana enough- I dont tend to give full marks on reviews but in this case it is very well earned. "

"Sharon was absolutely phenomenal. Came the day before to meet the Cat and for us to show her around the house, didn’t charge us for her time. We added an extra day on our booking which she was more than happy to do. She showed us pictures, did things in the exact same order as we told her, she was very thorough. Our Cat doesn’t like anybody, yet on day two he came out to see her and let her stroke him. She was very professional, very lovely and we are definitely using her again. Thank you"
