Hi! My name is Lily and I am a second year Biology student at the University of Glasgow. I live in the West end and I am looking for any kind of animal care jobs. I grew up in a farmhouse in the south of France and have always been surrounded by animals. I spent a lot of time growing up researching different pets and how to care for them in an effort to convince my family to let me get a pet! I am dedicated to animal care and hope that I will be able to work alongside animals after graduating.
I have experience with my own dog at home (beagle) and with various other dogs as well such as staffies, labradors and border collies. I also have owned and cared for cats (and kittens), rodents such as hamsters, guinea pigs and rabbits, fish (tropical and goldfish) as well as owning a horse and a donkey. Since moving to university, I miss all my pets that I have had to have left at home so I am looking for any pet care jobs. I can pet sit, dog walk and help with pet care however, I cannot accomodate pets at my flat.
I look forward to hearing from you and hope I can help out in anyway!
I do have lectures at universities at certain times however, I am very flexible outside those times. Please let me know if you are interested! Thank you!
Lily looked after my rabbit, Muffin, while I was away overnight. She was brilliant! Before, during and afterwards she was great- really quick communication over the whole process. She’s incredibly friendly and conscientious. I’m so glad I’ve found her and wouldn’t hesitate to use her again. It’s just a relief to know my wee bunny was so well cared for. Highly recommended!
Entrusted Lily to make twice daily visits to feed and pet my two fluffy cats. We arranged a meet and greet first for which Lily was promptly on time and very polite. She immediately took to the cats, introducing herself and petting them. My cats were very happy and relaxed on my return. I’ll definitely look to make use of Lily’s services again.
