I am a 3rd veterinary medicine student at the university of Surrey. I have years worth of experience owning rescue dogs with major behavioural issues as well as many different animals from a very young age so I am confident in my ability to care for someone else’s pets. As part of becoming a vet, I am dedicating my life to animals and I will treat every animal as if they are my own.
I have dogs, chickens, rabbits, Guinea pigs and turtles in my family home so I can look after many different pets if needed.

I understand that pets can feel very anxious when away from their owners. From owning dogs like this myself, I am confident that I will be able to comfort these dogs and provide them with a relaxing experience. Additionally I can provide for dogs requiring lots of exercise and I enjoy long dog walks or runs.
I will constantly supervise any animal that I am taking care of and I make sure that every animal is fed and exercised as needed.
I am happy to look after any breed and size of dog and am confident in prescribing any medications they may need.
I like to meet the owner and dog before sitting to make sure everything will go okay but I can also do last minute walks without a meeting if needed.

Peta was clear in her communications, entirely reliable, looked after our dog and cat beautifully, and left our house neat and tidy! We’ve already booked her again, and can wholeheartedly recommend her.
Peta did house sitting for my two Vizsla's for a week. The key thing for me was to ensure that the dogs and Peta were comfortable together so Peta kindly agreed to meet up for a dog walk. It also gave us a chance to talk as leaving someone in your home can be a bit daunting. Peta came across as a very conscientious sitter.
Peta was exceptionally flexible as I realised that my holiday had been pushed back a week but I had forgotten to change the booking. Peta juggled her time so she could still look after the boys which was a huge relief.
I got updates throughout the week from Peta and the house was left immaculate upon my return.
I would not hesitate to recommend Peta especially knowing as she is training to be a vet that there is that extra level of comfort leaving my dogs with her.
