Hi, I'm Gemma, an enthusiastic animal carer who will love your pets as much as you do! I have lived with and cared for animals, from horses to mice, since birth. I currently live with a house full of rescue animals, including Jasper, our Collie x German Shepherd; Murphy, our medium-sized mixed breed; Winston, our ginger tomcat and our hand reared wild rabbit named Spirit. I happily extend my furry family to meet your needs.

I have been running Horsham Pet Care since 2015 and in 2019 my mother retired to join me in the animal care business.

We are located in Horsham, West Sussex and work within a 5 mile radius.

We have a large pet friendly home with an array of dog beds and towels, water bowls and toys throughout the home and a large fenced and secured back garden.

We have a riverside walk and farmers fields within a few minutes walk from our home. We have a variety of forest and field walks within a short drive. I have a car with a dog grill for the boot, a dog hammock on the back seats, a box seat cover on the front seat and a collection of seat belts to keep up to 6 dogs safe and secure.

Our services include home boarding, house sitting, day care, dog walking and drop in visits. We have extensive experience caring for dogs, cats, horses, rodents and birds. We are both trained in Animal First Aid and have various animal care certifications from the IMDT, ABRS, BHS and PIF.

Our dog walks are all 60 minutes unless otherwise specified and are group or solo dependant on an individuals age and nature. Drop-in visits are 30 minutes and include toilet breaks, clean-ups, play, socialisation and basic training. Day care hours are between 7-9am to 4-6pm and include a walk, socialisation and enrichment activities.

Home Boarding and House Sittings are both charged per 24 hours, during these bookings dogs are rarely left alone and never for more than 3 hours. For these bookings we maintain their usual routine as much as possible including allowing them to sleep where they are used to sleeping at home.

We are here to offer that home from home care with a special focus on the safety and happiness of animals of all species and size. I look forward to meeting your furry friends!
