About Arlen
I'm so excited to be a pet sitter!
I've cared for pets since I was 4 years old when I got my first dog, Cori. I've had hamsters, guinea pigs, fish, and have taken care of my friends' pets for years, including cats! My friends have always trusted me with their pets, even on long holidays.
I definitely have a soft spot in my heart for dogs and they always seem to approach me excitedly whenever I see one. I secretly (not so secretly) believe that I have a similar personality to a happy puppy and I like to approach life with that energy.
I understand that every dog has a unique personality and I take my time getting to know every animal that I meet. I've always been a big believer in training dogs the right way, but still letting them be dogs and have fulfilling and happy lives. I believe that a dog is just as much a part of a family as any other member. I aim to be stern with them when necessary, but when the time is right, let them run and jump and play as much as their heart desires.
I'm a very responsible person and believe that being on time is actually being 15 minutes early to everything. I care about fairness and doing the right thing in all walks of life.
