My experience with dogs ranges from spiritual care, training classes, health, engaging and pairing. I keep all my focus and energy when with the animals, actively speaking to them. All pets must be up to date on personal hygiene and shots by their owner. Any issues discovered while in care will result in a rejection of lack of home care. Several play toys both soft and hard will be available. There are frisbees but if your pet prefers sticks then there are plenty at the parks. I NEVER yell when a dog misbehaves I believe they are well aware when they misbehave; I do not reprimand them. When they are well behaved they are awarded with treats etc. When they do not behave they rent rewarded with treats, simple as that. I take the health of your dog very seriously so if they have certain foods, allergies or medicine required. I'd be willing to adhere by what is needed. When tempers or acting out occurs it's always best to say their name to them in a calm tone. Using words like bad/, good/yes are effective but it's mostly about tone. Dogs can always sense your meaning through your tone so I never yell as it's not the energy I carry. To establish a greeting with dogs I come 50% of the way and let them decide whether or not they like to introduce themselves. Letting them smell you are ice breakers for pets. Once they take in your scent and energy they love to be petted and rubbed this is confirming that you like them as well. While always using reassuring tones and words so they know they are safe, welcome and company is enjoyed.
