About Ryan
I am a recent graduate of the University of Salford. I studied Bsc Wildlife and Practical Conservation and received a Second Class Hons Division One.
I have a Level 3 Advanced Technical Extended Diploma in Animal Management (DDDM) from Askham Bryan College. During my time at college I had the opportunity to undertake work placements at two animal boarding and rescue establishments for a range of animals including dogs, cats, and other small mammals.
My responsibilities in these placements included: cleaning and disinfecting enclosures, answering calls from customers, filling in paperwork, ensuring data bases were up to date, performing visual health checks, administering medication to animals (both oral and injection), dog walking, feeding animals, assisting with dog grooming, and working to help rehabilitate rescue animals.
I worked with the college's collection of animals which included birds, reptiles, amphibians, and mammals. My responsibilities included visual health checks, spot cleaning enclosures, disinfecting enclosures, handling, and feeding.

Ryan came to look after my dog Meg in my house for a couple of days. Communication before was great and I was updated with loads of pictures & videos during the stay, but the main thing is that Meg was well looked after and I came home to a happy dog. I will 100% be using Ryan again next time I need to go away
