About Julie
I absolutely adore animals of all kinds, and throughout the years my family and I have owned a large variety of animals - including a dog (a gorgeous Westie), cats (a tabby and a tortie), hamsters, rabbits, a gerbil, java finches, tank and pond fish, and ducks. I have also looked after pets of friends and family. I will love and take good care of pets within my charge as if they were my own. I also have experience giving meds to animals, if needed.
For house-sitting, I will ensure your house is kept safe and secure, and am conscientious to keep the place clean and tidy, and will water plants etc if necessary.
**PLEASE NOTE** For pet-boarding, I am only taking on cats and small animals at the moment, as our cat Phoebe is very nervous of dogs - we have a four-bedroom house, with two lounges, and a garden, so plenty of space for taking in extra cats/rabbits etc.
I would be very careful to keep to your instructions, and am happy to stay in constant contact, so that you know your pet/s are happy and well, and your home is safe.
I work remotely for a classical music consultant part-time (who I've been with for over 20 years!), and I also write part-time as a hobby, so I do enjoy some solitude now and again in order to work on my books - my own children are grown up, so can take care of themselves!
Please note that for house-sitting and dog-walking, I only serve Acton W3 and surrounding areas (Chiswick, Ealing, etc) - you can of course message me to enquire, if you live a little further afield, but I generally don't take bookings that are far away.
I'm happy to talk on the phone, or schedule a video call, or meet in person if you prefer - in order to discuss your needs, availability, the work, etc.
