From the moment I met him, it was evident that he had a genuine love and understanding for cats, making me feel at ease about leaving my furry friends in his capable hands.
His professionalism and reliability were outstanding. He was punctual for our initial meeting and took the time to ask detailed questions about my cat's routine, preferences, and any special needs.
Throughout my time away, he maintained excellent communication, providing regular updates and even sending adorable videos of my cats. This put my mind at ease but also allowed me to enjoy my trip without worrying about their well-being.
Not only did my cat receive exceptional care, but my home was also left in pristine condition. He ensured that everything was tidy, including cleaning the litter box regularly.

"Roja is amazing. She took good care of our two cats during Christmas even on the Christmas Day which we really appreciated. Everytime she comes for a visit she would send along pictures and videos. She is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Will def consider booking her again next time we are away. Thank you Roja! "

"We own 6 cats - not an easy task, but Ryan was absolutely amazing looking after all of them for 10 days whist we were away. On our return we found our cats healthy and happy. Ryan was sending daily updates on their well being together with photos. We can't thank Ryan enough for doing a great job and I hope he will be available next time when we need to travel . "From the moment I saw Rory's profile, I had a good feeling about him.
Historically, I had always used catteries, but my boy is getting old and I was worried about doing that this year, so I found Pawshake. It was easy to find a sitter close-by and so I contacted Rory.
Before the booking was confirmed, Rory came to the house and spent a good amount of time getting to know my cat, Henry, asking questions, and listening without complaint to every instruction I reeled off! He shared stories and pictures of his pets and I knew I could trust him.
I booked for two visits a day and each day Rory would come in, feed and clean up any accidents (!) and spend quality time with Henry. He would send us videos and pictures to let us know how great everything was going.
The communication was great and I felt relaxed knowing that Henry was in good hands. I would wholeheartedly recommend Rory to look after any pet; he is kind caring and clearly very good with animals.

"Tatiana is just magic! Wanted to introduce our new puppy to potential dog sitters for doggy daycare soon. Had a great Meet and Greet with Tatiana then booked a home visit.
