I’ve always had pets so becoming a dog walker and licenced boarder wasn't a hard decision. I grew up with cats then moved to dogs (and cats) when my mum finally gave in. I worked in a vets as an assistant for most of my teenage life, and loved it.

Sadly we lost our dogs, Missy aged 17 (x lab), back in January 2023 and Loulou aged 12 (Staff) the previous year, and although we can’t commit to a dog full time, we love having one around the house on temporary basis. We also had a cat called Gizmo, he lived to be 19!

I have 6 year old twins who love to help me care for our visitors and come on long walks with me. If your dog isn’t good with kids then sadly we’re not the family for them. My boys will treat your dog like they treat ours. Expect them to be spoilt rotten. Don't worry though, our boys will always be supervised with your pet.

We have a large secure lawned garden with plenty of space for zoomies. Our 3 bedroom semi detached offers plenty of space for your pooch. We even have an under stair kennel if our furry guest would like their own room. And we have space to crate if that's what they're used to.

Our policies do not allow dogs to sleep upstairs so if your dog is sleeping in your bed, they might not settle here. We don't take intact males and we ask that vaccination cards are provided before admission.

I am leaving my hybrid role in January, and my hubby works shifts, so your dog shouldn't ever be alone for long.

In terms of walks, I work on 1 hour walks, not including pick up and drop off. I have two groups per day, 11:30 and 1pm (ish). There's a max of 6 dogs per walk although I try keep this at 4.

As I've previously worked in a vets, I am able and happy to give oral medication. I'm also enrolled on an IMDT Professional Dog Walker course and my canine first aid.

We are licenced by our local council.
