Animal mad and proud.

I am animal mad, I have a cat and I used to work in a cattery, I've also always had dogs, I grew up with spaniels from the age of 1 onwards. I've wored with horses and have been vegetarian since 8 years old because of my love of animals. I'm 27 and work part time as a design consultant but have 4 days off a week where I work on my own textiles. This means I have a lot of flexibility for pet-sitting. It's something I've wanted to do for a long time but as I had a young cat myself, most of my energy went into looking after her. I am friendly, trustworthy and reliable. I live in Edinburgh with my partner and our three year old fur baby Stormy the bengal who is definitely the most pampered cat on the planet.

I understand the anxiety of leaving a pet to go on holiday or work. It's something I struggle with myself and need the reassurance of someone understanding to look after my pet. That's exactly what I would do with yours. I would give you regular updates, photos and messages to let you know your fur baby is safe and happy. I'll go the extra mile to do whatever makes your cat happy, spending lots of time with them if that's what they want. I can play with your cat/dog, make sure they are fed, brushed, walked, whatever you would normally do with them I will continue while you are away so that stress is minimal for you and your pet. Cleaning litter trays and washing bowls is no problem, I know exactly what goes into looking after a pet. I have a car and live very near Cramond beach which is absolutel dog heaven.
