"I've been through about 4 or 5 cat sitters, and I can say with absolute certainty that Isabelle is the best. She has a care, attention, and professionalism that is very hard to find. Isabelle sent me regular pictures and videos, and updates about my cat's behaviours (including one that I need to keep an eye on going forward). I highly recommend booking Isabelle as a cat sitter, and I certainly will again, as long as I am in Edinburgh. "

"Thanks to Rosie for recent cat sitting - my first time booking Rosie and she was fantastic. Very local for me, both cats took to her immediately, she kept in touch, and also went an extra mile by very kindly offering to keep keys/keep feeding when it was looking at one point that I’d get stuck away from home due to the storm. "We hired Janelle to look after our two precious cats from 7th to 9th March 2024. She took the best care of our cats, precisely following our directions and recommendations. She proved to be very trustworthy and reliable, which put my partner and myself at ease during our absence. Communication with Janelle was fluid, with an update accompanied by photos or videos of our two cats being sent over to us after each visit.
It was evident from the videos and photos she sent us that our two cats were exceptionally comfortable in her presence. One of our cats is very fearful by nature and had never felt as comfortable around a pet sitter as she felt around Janelle, approaching her, playing with her and smelling her fingers.
I very happily recommend Janelle to anyone looking for a pet sitter, and would definitely contact her again with future pet sitting opportunities. "
