"We hired Janelle to look after our two precious cats from 7th to 9th March 2024. She took the best care of our cats, precisely following our directions and recommendations. She proved to be very trustworthy and reliable, which put my partner and myself at ease during our absence. Communication with Janelle was fluid, with an update accompanied by photos or videos of our two cats being sent over to us after each visit.
It was evident from the videos and photos she sent us that our two cats were exceptionally comfortable in her presence. One of our cats is very fearful by nature and had never felt as comfortable around a pet sitter as she felt around Janelle, approaching her, playing with her and smelling her fingers.
I very happily recommend Janelle to anyone looking for a pet sitter, and would definitely contact her again with future pet sitting opportunities. "

"Laura did a fantastic job taking care of our two house rabbits! All their needs were seen to, and Laura really went above and beyond to take of both the rabbits and our flat, meaning we came home to two very happy rabbits.
Communication was excellent throughout, we were provided with updates during/ after all of Laura’s visits. Laura even went round early one day, on our request, to investigate something we had seen on our pet cam. Her services and updates were invaluable in giving us peace of mind while we were away from home.
We will definitely be booking Laura again to take care of our rabbits. A truly fantastic pet sitter! "

"We had Anna come look after our cats while we were away on holiday. She did a fantastic job and is by far one of the best sitter’s we have ever had. I was worried about leaving them for a longer time but Anna always made sure they had toys to play and enough enrichment so they didn’t get bored. She spent a good amount of time with them each day and gave us loads of updates and photos. It’s rare to find a sitter which whole heartedly treats your pets like they are their own. I would without a doubt book her again! "

Kiki was punctual for the meet n greet, engaged with Tigger & his favourite toys straight away, and he loved her immediately - he can be shy and cautious with new people.
