I’m a part-time librarian and full time animal enthusiast
The sad truth is I currently have no pets of my own (although the neighbour’s cat does often come over to say hello).
The only advantage I have found to not having my own pets is the abundance of love and availability I have to take care of other peoples pets!
I have been the first choice as a pet sitter for pets owned by my neighbours, friends and family on countless occasions.
I grew up in Wales surrounded by dogs, cats, rabbits, and nursed back to health a couple of poorly birds.
I understand that each pet is different, each with a unique character, and a unique range of needs. I am excited to meet your pet, and to find out what I can do to make their time with me both as fun, and as relaxing, for them as possible.
I am based in Balham, but I also work in the UCL library, and so I am able to offer flexible pet sitting and walking in and around both south and central London.
I have a range of services to offer:
Pet walking and exercise
Pet cuddling, company and playtime with toys
Feeding wet/dry food
Cleaning/refreshing litter tray
Grooming (brushing fur)
Medication administration
Photo Updates
I also sometimes have availability to take energetic pets out for a jog
I am also willing to water any plants if needed
This is not an exhaustive list

My dogs adored Cariad! She is extremely polite and kind and bonded with my Pomeranians (notoriously yappy) from day 1. I’m an anxious person and get worried leaving my fur babies in new hands. She made me feel totally at ease with photo updates and was great at following all the instructions I left for her. She is clean, tidy and respectful. I will use her again and again ✨❤️
Cariad won over a very shy cat with lots of play and a few Dreamies.
