Grace

Hi, I'm Grace. I'm 18 years old and have lived alongside animals my entire life. I'm used to caring for lots of different animals such as dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, snakes, turtles, lizards and more! I love being around animals and i'm currently working towards a future career in zoology! I have tons of experience looking after all sorts of pets and i'm well aware of how to handle animals with disabilities and special needs. I currently have 5 dogs ranging from big to small (german shepherd, labrador, working cocker spaniel, jack russel mix, and a sausage dog/chihuahua !!) As a child i grew up with a snake and a german shepherd, living with such an intelligent breed of dog for most of my life gave me a huge range of knowledge and experience of how to properly mentally and physically engage with these animals to keep them happy and their minds active, along with having experience dealing with difficult situations and how to handle them safely and accordingly. I'm familiar with reactive dogs and have participated in many professional training classes, due to my german shepherd getting attacked as a puppy and developing a fear to dogs and any unexpected moving objects such as cyclists (i regularly walk a labrador/border collie with a fear of motorcycles). I adore long walks and i can walk dogs multiple times a day if necessary. I give all animals my personal attention and i love spending time with them, i'd also love to teach your animal new tricks. i'm happy to house sit.
