I have had the blessing of owning a number of dogs and cats. Three beautiful cross breed rescues that had various special needs, a fun loving Staffordshire bull terrier and a spirited aeirdale terrier. We also volunteer for a rescue centre. I don't currently have any dogs as we aren't in the position to do so so we take joy from having dogs visit and stay with us. We all love this time, the varieties of dogs we meet, the different personalities, games, walks and cuddles we have had the pleasure of enjoying.

We don't currently have any dogs as we aren't in the position to do so so we take joy from having dogs visit and stay with us. We all love this time, the varieties of dogs we meet, the different personalities, games, walks and cuddles we have had the pleasure of enjoying.

We currently have 6 regular doggy visitors who come week long holidays, overnight stays and day trips. We have two standard poodles that come together; one of which is younger and mouthy and jumpy, the other is older and loves to cuddle up. We have a golden doodle and golden retriever who also come as a pair; similarly one is young and full of beans and daftness and the other is a snuggle bum, always on the hunt for a treat. We have a jack russell cross cuddle bum and our final visitor is a cute cockerpoo who is gentle and calm but loves a game of fetch where he doesn't always return with the ball!. Each dog has its own needs and requirements and we can be flexible to provide a variety of things to support your dog and help it to feel as comfortable as possible in this new environment. 

I do prefer to meet with you and your dog(s) before you choose us to check that we feel like a good fit for everyone and to make sure your dog feels comfortable.

We usually provide two dog walks per day when a dog is with us for an entire day and we have an enclosed and spacious garden where your dog will have access to at any time.

It usually best that you bring a dog bed/cage with you and their favourite toy and food to help them to settle in, especially for overnight or longer stays, althugh we can also provide if this is requested.

We can send regular updates; photos and videos to keep your mind at rest.

We are a family of animal lovers. I am a mum with four lovely children, aged between 13 & 5 years old. We all love animals and in particular, spending time with dogs. We look forward to meeting you and yours and providing a loving and safe fanily home from home.

We are only able to accept dogs without a bite history and dogs who are comfortable around children.
