I grew up on a farm in the United States where I lovingly handled chickens, cats, dogs and horses. Whether that be mucking out the stalls so the horses had a comfortable bed to lay down in, making sure our boston terriers had plenty of outdoor time to exhaust their loving yet hyperactive batteries, or if anyone was sick to ensure that the babies got the proper treatment.

Being far away from the farm that I grew up on has left a lasting hole in my heart, one that was filled with fuzzy warm dogs that wanted to kiss me because they are filled with love. Filled with the spurts of dopamine I would receive whenever I came home, greeted by the energetic excitement of the animals. Filled with a sense of parental love as I became a voice for them because they do not have one.

This is why I wish to become a sitter, because I miss my animals back home and want to extend my love for them to your pets. Growing up on a farm throughout my 30 years of being on it has offered me the privelege of taking care of 6 cats and 12 dogs. This meant I was responsible for walking, washing, training and feeding every one of them. This care extended to the slightly larger meadow puppies who weighed closer to 600 kg and were used for horseback riding. My experience in taking care of animals is vast as it has always been matched with my sincere love for them. 

I take any and all animals, does not matter. Any chance I can get to see their tail wag, hear their bark, scratch their coat or throw their ball I will take it.
