Hello, 

A long-time animal lover here who grew up with three cats, a bird, two hamsters and an African land snail called Gary! I am 29 years old and an experienced nanny/live-in support worker who has loved and cared for several pets and family dogs, such as Irish Terriers, Spaniels and Yorkshire Terriers.  

I currently work as a mental health support worker in London and live with my partner in Strawberry Hill – we don’t have pets of our own right now, so I thought why not try pet-sitting instead! My work is full-time but flexible, so I am able to set my appointments each week to help look after your pets at a time that suits you.

My usual availability is morning (before 9am) or late afternoon/early evening (after 4pm), with the occasional free lunch-time if planned in advance. I can also work from home 1-2 days per week, which means I could work from your home while pet sitting for the day. If, however, my calendar is marked as unavailable at a time that you need someone, please do not hesitate to contact me directly and I'll see what I can do!

I do not currently offer boarding in my home, grooming, medication administration or dog training but can offer dog-walking around Strawberry Hill and Twickenham. Strawberry Hill House is one of my favourite places to walk and along the river Thames too. I am happy to walk up to two smaller dogs at a time and one large dog, for up to one and a half hour per walk.  

I also offer pet-sitting, feeding and spending time and playing with your pet in your home for overnight stays or shorter check-ins (along with other light jobs such as plant-watering and bringing in parcels!). You can expect thorough communication from me including videos of your pet and any updates you require so that you feel secure while you are away. 

References from previous employers, character references and enhanced DBS certificate are all available upon request. I also have plenty of videos of myself with the dogs I have previously cared for and would be happy to send these over if you are interested :)
