I am a dog-lover who unfortunately lives oceans away from her family dog. I try to surround myself with dogs whenever I am in London and away from my own dog who lives with my family back home. I am especially comfortable with smaller dogs (6kg and below) but I don't discriminate.

My love for dogs and walking them has inspired me to apply to become a sitter. I am flexible with times as I work evening shifts and I am available almost every day before 4pm. I prefer to sit dogs in their own homes to avoid causing them any anxiety over new surroundings (and also because my flatmate has a dachshund :))

Although I don't have professional experience of dog sitting, I have been surrounded by dogs in my extended family since I was a child. We have successfully moved countries several times with our own dog, which has given me insight into how to care for dogs in times they may be stressed or anxious and how to create a safe and welcoming environment for them.
