"Steffi looked after our two miniature schnuazers in our home for 4 nights. She had the added difficulty in that one of my dogs had just gone into heat.
From the very beginning, Steffi was communicative keeping us up to date with daily photos and videos of our girls. It was such a relief to know that they were in good hands and being well taken care of.
Steffi went above and beyond to make sure our dogs got attention and walks, avoiding crowded dog parks so that both of them could get some off lead time. Both of our dogs absolutely loved Steffi.
Steffi left our house in immaculate condition which we were really greatful for, even washing everything before she left. It was such a great experience working with her and we highly recommend Steffi to anyone in need of a trustworthy and caring dog sitter.
Overall, Steffi exceeded our expectations and we are so grateful for her outstanding service. Thank you, Steffi, for taking such good care of Annie and Joey!"

"Dominka has acted as a pet sitter for a couple of times for my dog, the first time stepping in at short notice after another sitter withdrew. She is very responsive in her communications when organising any arrangements which I really appreciate, and also in sending regular updates on my dog during my time away. It's clear that Dominka adores animals and my dog has clearly taken to her as well so the feeling is mutual. "Elliot was a great cat sitter, able to confirm early and house sit for our two cats while we were away.
Our house was well looked after, as we’re both cats.
He sent regular updates, dealt with a few surprise mouse deliveries and our supporter our technology addiction (digital cat flaps and feeders) very well.

"Kathy looked after our 3 yr old Labrador Beatrice for 15 nights over Christmas and New Year. Prior to us going away Kathy was very diligent in checking how we care for Beatrice and understanding how she could replicate the same care.
While we were away Kathy sent daily updates letting us know what adventures they'd been on, including photos and videos. Beatrice clearly had an excellent staycation :-)
While we were away Beatrice cut her leg on some sharp materials in our garden; Kathy was quick to let me know and to work out together what to do. She handled two vet visits plus an online vet consultation and then to top it all a tree came down in the garden!
Kathy was calm despite some challenging circumstances and kept us informed throughout. I've already booked Kathy again for some further visits!"

"We would definitely recommend Maria. She looked after our dog at our home while we were away (1 week) . "Elise and Ignas were wonderful pet sitters. They came to the rescue very last minute to help look after our dog for the weekend. We’d never used an agency or pet sitting website so were a bit unsure, but after meeting Elise we were put at ease. Samantha was given a lovely weekend and we were assured she was in great hands. "Eilidh is responsive, professional and kind. As a dog parent, travelling has always been a major consideration, somewhat a dread if I’m honest as I’m always worried about the little ones. Eilidh made my trip possible, enabling me to have some “me” time.
Some of the highlights:
- Responsiveness: Outstanding communication. Eilidh responded with 15 minutes at all times, pre, during and post dog sitting.
- Genuine love for the dogs: Eilidh was welcome to go out for a few hours per day, but she rarely left the dogs. Maximum time she left the dogs was 2 hours in a 24 hour period. This was over a four day period. This is wonderful to see as Eilidh genuinely wanted to spend time with them despite she had my permission to go out for longer. She also slept on the sofa to keep the dogs company as they were not allowed in bedrooms.
- Transparency: I was able to leave Furbo on to keep an eye on things. Complete trust and transparency.
- Toy breed: Eilidh looked after my toy breed dogs, appreciating that at 2kg they are much more fragile so Eilidh was very careful with them
- Mixed ages: From the age of 4 months to 8 years.
- Medication administration: One of my senior dogs has a heart problem, Eilidh administered the medication punctually and correctly.
- Diet: Dogs are raw fed, Eilidh handled raw meat with ease.
- House maintenance: My home was well maintained, a respectful guest.
I am a repeat customer of Eilidh and will continue to be, as a professional working in the city, Eilidh has given me the freedom to travel knowing that my little ones will be well cared for. I would highly recommend her!"
