I am an animal lover with extensive experience of care and behaviour. I graduated in BSc Animal Behaviour 3 years ago and center my life around working with animals! I am passionate about learning mroe about training and welfare to pursue my career with animals.
Currently employed with Battersea Dogs and Cats Home as a welfare assistant - ensuring the welfare of the animals in the home is of the highest standard possible. I am confident in all pet care and welfare tasks and I have also learnt aspects of training such as positive play to encourage good behaviours and positive reinforcement training. As well as working with cats and dogs I have also owned them my entire life. My last dog was a very large Labrador / Great Dane cross so I am very comfortable with big dogs!
I previously worked as an aquarist at Falmouth Aquarium for 1 year so I have confident knowledge on fish tank maintenance and marine life husbandry. I have also worked with tropical birds and reptiles in Sacha Yacu Rescue Centre in Ecuador.
I am very flexible and will be available all day Monday - Friday. I am available to offer dog walking and pet sitting at your home with general pet care tasks, I am comfortable looking after more nervous animals and over excitable animals too! I will shape my care to your specific pets needs. I am comfortable with socialising young pets and basic training.
I am very trustworthy and will always take the care of your beloved pet very seriously!

Camilla was great, really friendly and brilliant with Lily.
This is not just to write a testimonial for Camilla but also to thank her for being so exceptionally lovely with Cookie.
The first day Cookie sat at a distance, watching her suspiciously. My dog is a tough nut to crack but was instantly overwhelmed when Camilla sat right next to her, on the floor, petting her. So much so that she didn’t know how to react and rolled on her back, surrendering. In no time, Cookie started sitting by the door, waiting for Camilla, getting her gifts in the form of slipper, cushions etc. when she arrived. It is a pleasure to have Camilla at home with Cookie.
