Hello!

My name is Ellie and I am a 30 year old animal lover! I am currently offering pet sitting services for cats, rabbits, rats, guinea pigs, reptiles and birds.

My services include feeding, grooming, cleaning litter trays and administering medications. I can also water plants and collect your mail. I can offer mornings and evening visits at 45 minutes a visit as well as house sitting.

I do work full time from 7am until 4pm so morning and evening visits would be before and after these times.

My experience includes a degree in Zoology, with 2 years working full time at a boarding cattery and 3 years part time while I completed my studies. This also included care for boarding rabbits and guinea pigs. I also grew up with a cat of my own for 19 years who I loved to pieces!

I have experience working with a range of reptiles including large monitor lizards, snakes and tortoises. I also have two beautiful lizards of my own, a Bearded Dragon called Sprite and a Moroccan Uromastyx called Sonic, they are my pride and joy!!

I worked full-time as a Senior Bird Keeper at Birdworld in Surrey for 6 years, I worked every day with a variety of species from large parrots to small aviary birds. I am confident working with and caring for exotic species, and sensitive to taking their lead when forming a bond and respecting their boundaries.

I recently finished a 7 month stint in Costa Rica working with birds at a wildlife rescue centre and will now be working again with birds at Chester zoo.
