Sometimes life can get really busy and you might find yourself a little short on time to walk your dog. Luckily with Pawshake, it is really easy to connect with thousands of pet lovers and find a walker in Ash Vale who is available and waiting to help you out.

All of our walkers are vetted individually and every dog walker booking is covered by The Pawshake Guarantee so you can rest easy while they spend time with your dog. Additionally, your Pawshake walker will be from your local Ash Vale neighbourhood and their profile also includes reviews from other pet parents.

Having a dog walker visit during the day is an affordable and great way to break up the day and make your dog’s day more interesting. Some of our walkers walk multiple dogs at once so this service is a great way for your dog to socialise and meet other similar dogs. However, if your dog prefers to be walked alone, you can also find Ash Vale dog walkers who only walk one dog at a time. That way, the walks can be completely dedicated to what your dogs want – whether is a slow walk-and-sniff or a faster paced brisk walk around the block, our Pawshake dog walkers will be happy to oblige.

I've been running Wagging Pups for 3 years prior to this I worked and owned horses.
I currently walk a variety of dogs, I have experience with reactive dogs, allergies (my Labrador has a lot of them himself), separation anxiety, rescues and epilepsy.
I offer drop ins 15mins or 30mins, group and solo walks for 30mins to 1 hour
I also offer emergency vets visits for those that don't have transport to get there. I'm first aid trained, I occasionally offer basic grooming services when/if needed.
When in my care your dogs will always be my top priority, I do my best to take pictures/videos so you can see how their walk/day has gone while with me. And if on group walks I always aim to ensure that the other dogs they walk with is a good fit for them, as they all have their own personality and I want to make sure they enjoy themselves.
I also offer small animal and reptile care, as I've owned various small animals/reptiles and currently own 3 snakes.

Hi, I’m Sophia! I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life and currently share my home with two lively Springer Spaniels, so I understand the day-to-day reality of dog ownership; the walks whatever the weather, the routines, and the unconditional companionship. I don’t have formal sitting credentials, but what I do have is genuine experience, patience, and a home that’s used to having dogs underfoot.
Here’s what I offer:

Walks: One-to-one walks matched to your dog’s pace and personality, with time for sniffing, play, and toilet breaks.
Drop-in visits: A calm, unhurried check-in to feed, let your dog out, and give them some attention while you’re away.
Home boarding/sitting: Your dog stays with me in a full, busy household; my mum, dad, sister, and her boyfriend are all around, plus my own two Springers for company and play. We have a secure, fenced garden for safe off-lead time.

I care for dogs only, and because my household includes two dogs of my own, I can’t take in dogs with a history of aggression; everyone’s comfort and safety comes first. I’m available Monday to Wednesday, so if your dog needs regular care those days, I’d love to hear from you.

A dog owner for over 20 years and parent to a large 12 yo husky mix rescue. Fully insured and with a dog first aid certificate and DBS checked.
I provide a reliable, responsible and safe dog care experience. Fit and able and with a love for being outdoorsI will happily give your dog a high level of exercise and stimulation, as per their needs as well as well as excellent home care.
In addition to my personal experiences, I spent 3 years with the Cinnamon trust, a charity supporting dog owners with volunteer walkers. I met through this a wide range of dogs with a variety of needs, personalities and owner preferences.
Consequently, I have experience with large dogs, strong dogs, high energy dogs, reactive dogsand senior dogs and those who might need extra care on their walks or visits orwith special conditions or medical needs.
Reliable, responsible, fit, available and looking forward to helping in any pet carecapacity with boarding, day care available as well as walking and visiting.
Happy to discuss your pet care needs be it short term or more permanent
Kind Regards

Hi, I'm Christina, and I'm a huge dog lover!I grew up with a Labrador called Pebbles, who sadly passed away two years ago. She was such a special part of our family, and ever since then I've loved spending time with dogs and caring for them.
Whether your dog loves long walks, playing fetch, or simply relaxing with friendly company, I'll make sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for while you're away. I tailor my care to each dog's personality, age, and energy level. Walks are usually 30–60 minutes, depending on their needs, and I'll always follow your routine for feeding, exercise, medication, and any special instructions.
Having owned and cared for my own dog for many years, I'm confident with all aspects of day-to-day care, including feeding, walking, sticking to routines, administering simple medication, and recognising when a dog needs exercise, rest, or reassurance. I'm patient with nervous or anxious dogs and understand the importance of letting them settle at their own pace. I'm also happy caring for energetic dogs who need plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. If caring for more than one dog, I'll ensure each receives individual attention while keeping walks and interactions safe and well managed.
During dog sitting, your dog will receive plenty of attention, toilet breaks, exercise, playtime, fresh water, and lots of affection. Their safety is always my priority, and I'll supervise them closely while sending regular photo updates so you can relax knowing they're in good hands.
In the unlikely event of an emergency, I'll remain calm and act quickly in your dog's best interests. I'll contact you immediately and, if needed, take your dog to your preferred vet or the nearest emergency veterinary practice while following any instructions you've provided.
I always prefer to meet dogs before their first walk or stay so they can get to know me and feel comfortable. For off-lead walks, I ask that dogs have reliable recall, as their safety is my top priority.
I'm currently a student home for the summer, so I have a very flexible schedule for walks, house sitting, boarding, and daycare. I live in a clean, calm, dog-friendly home close to Ash Ranges, which is perfect for long, enriching walks. Having grown up in the area, I know plenty of great walking routes, and I'll make sure your dog has a safe, comfortable, and loving environment while in my care.
I'm also DBS checked !

Hi! I’m Ilona, a passionate animal lover with my own 13 yo doggy Zuza, the biggest cuddle bug you could ever meet! Spending time with pet brings me so much joy and I’m motivated to become a pet walker/sitter because I believe every pet deserves love, care and fun while their owners are away. There have always been dogs in my house, so I treat them like family members.
During every walk, your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. I always walk dogs on secure leads unless otherwise agreed, carefully monitor their behaviour, and adjust the pace to suit their age, energy level, and needs. I make sure dogs have access to water, take breaks when needed, and avoid stressful or overcrowded areas. I use positive reinforcement, give plenty of attention and reassurance, and treat every dog as if they were my own. After each walk, I ensure your pet returns home well cared for.
I have already taken care of medium-sized dogs, but I’m also happy to walk larger dogs that are friendly and calm. I have looked after breeds such as Beagles, Yorkshire Terriers, German Shepherds, as well as mixed-breed dogs.
I’m reliable, responsible and I love providing walks and playtime tailored to each pet’s needs. My goal is to create a happy, safe, and stress-free experience for your furry friends, giving you peace of mind.
