Sometimes life can get really busy and you might find yourself a little short on time to walk your dog. Luckily with Pawshake, it is really easy to connect with thousands of pet lovers and find a walker in Buckhurst Hill who is available and waiting to help you out.

All of our walkers are vetted individually and every dog walker booking is covered by The Pawshake Guarantee so you can rest easy while they spend time with your dog. Additionally, your Pawshake walker will be from your local Buckhurst Hill neighbourhood and their profile also includes reviews from other pet parents.

Having a dog walker visit during the day is an affordable and great way to break up the day and make your dog’s day more interesting. Some of our walkers walk multiple dogs at once so this service is a great way for your dog to socialise and meet other similar dogs. However, if your dog prefers to be walked alone, you can also find Buckhurst Hill dog walkers who only walk one dog at a time. That way, the walks can be completely dedicated to what your dogs want – whether is a slow walk-and-sniff or a faster paced brisk walk around the block, our Pawshake dog walkers will be happy to oblige.

Hey all! I have 10+ years experience with pet sitting. My experience includes dog walking, drop in visits, overnight stays and home boarding for a variety of animals - Dogs, Cats, Hamsters, Rats and Mice.
I have been surrounded by animals for as long as I can remember, growing up with both dogs and cats taught me the importance of patience, responsibility and compassionate, loving care. Looking after pets has always been a natural part of my life, from feeding and grooming to exercising, playing, showing affection and ensuring pets are happy and healthy.
Currently working part time and studying so I am flexible with hours and available to offer all services. Offering home boarding overnight stays in my own home on request. Based in Enfield, London however, I am happy to travel within a reasonable distance to collect pets and drop off pets.
DBS certificate is available to view on request.
Please drop me a message if you would like to discuss my services and book.

What motivates me to become a pet walkers is knowing that a lot of pet owners need help with there pets. Im sure a lot of us are busy working and the demand for us to me at the work place is high. Due to that a lot of pets are suck at home alone and just waiting for there mummy's and daddy's to come come, even then we are too tired to walk them or even play with them. I'm not shaming anyone.... trust me I'm not I just want to support our community our fellow pet owners.

Animals have always been a huge part of my life, both personally and professionally. I have trained and worked as a veterinary nurse, which gave me lots of valuable skills in animal health, wellbeing, and safety. I’ve also spent time working at an animal sanctuary, caring for a wide range of animals with different needs and personalities. These experiences taught me not only how to provide proper care, but also how to build trust and create a calm, positive environment for every animal. At home, I’m a proud pet owner myself, so I understand just how important it is to find someone reliable, compassionate, and attentive to look after your furry family members. As a pet sitter, I bring patience, responsibility, and plenty of affection. Whether it’s playtime, walks, feeding, or simply companionship, I’ll make sure your pet feels happy, safe, and loved while you’re away.

Hello
My name is Charlotte, I'm 32 and I work as an online English Teacher. Since I started working remotely, I have also spent a lot of time doing house and pet sitting, so I have a lot of experience looking after pets (particularly dogs and cats) in your home. During house sits, I am responsible for all feeds, overnight care, walking dogs, changing litter trays for cats, and of course lots of attention and play time! I have been doing this nearly full time over the past year.
I love animals and I have experience with pets, particularly dogs and small animals. I grew up with a dog, and absolutely loved growing up with a pet and having animals around. I don't currently have any pets of my own, so I love to spend time with animals when I can. I also had small pets growing up such as Guinea pigs and hamsters, so I am also comfortable being around smaller animals.
I look forward to hearing from you! Please feel free to reach out and ask any questions about me.

Hello. Welcome to my profile. A bit about me.i sell ladies clothes. I work one day a week. Ive had pets all my life from a young age I had dogs.even had a great dane! Now I have 2 small dogs Dolly and bow .they are good with small dogs as they love to play.and play. If i take care of your pet ill treat them like my own. I'll walk them and they are allowed on furniture and bed, as mine are i have a safe fenced garden so no worry there. Im at home alot so they will not be lonely at all. I will also do home visits if you like and a walk on the lead only send you pictures while you are away so you know they are happy and you can call me antime. We can meet up first and see how the dogs get on so no worries. My services will be. Dog visits at your home. And walking. Dog boarding at my home im good with nervous dogs. I'll also walk them on lead and they can sleep on my bed lol

My main hands-on experience is with cats (I had my own cat for 3 years), so I’m very confident with feeding, litter routines, play, and understanding cat body language. With dogs, while I haven’t owned one personally, I’ve spent a lot of time around friends’ dogs and I’m comfortable with friendly dogs, basic lead handling, and following your routine exactly as you prefer.
Experience
• Cats: 3 years of daily care with my own cat (feeding, playtime, litter routine, companionship)
• Dogs: Comfortable around dogs through friends’ dogs, confident handling friendly dogs and following owner routines
• My style: Calm, patient, routines first, lots of attention to comfort and safety
I can visit to feed, refresh water, clean the litter tray, play and cuddle (if your pet wants it!), and give you a quick update with photos and notes.
For walks, I keep things safe and structured, and I follow your rules on lead use, walking routes, and greetings with other dogs. I’m happy to start with shorter walks while I learn your pets routine.
I can provide in home care and manage multi pet bookings safely. With two rooms available, I can separate pets when needed (for stress free settling, feeding, or rest), and I’m happy to do individual walks and follow each pet’s routine closely, adjusting to their behaviour, mood, and energy level. My garden isn’t fully fenced, so any outdoor time at home is always supervised and on lead. I’m also only around 5 minutes from Roding Valley Lakes, which is perfect for regular, calm walks and outdoor breaks.
I don’t have a fully fenced garden, so any outdoor time at home is supervised and on lead. The good part is that Roding Valley Lakes is about a 5-minute walk from me, so pets get plenty of fresh air and proper walks/outdoor breaks in a safe, calm setting.
For everyone’s comfort and safety, I ask that pets are up to date on flea/worm treatment and that you tell me about any medical needs, separation anxiety, or lead reactivity. I only do off-lead time if you’ve confirmed reliable recall and we’ve agreed suitable locations. I’m happy to do a meet-and-greet to make sure it’s a great fit.
Please share any important details like feeding instructions, quirks, and any medical needs. For dogs, I prefer a meet and greet before the first walk, and I keep dogs on lead unless you’ve confirmed reliable recall and we’ve agreed on suitable locations.
Thank you :)

My name is Sebastian, I was born in Romania and I have moved to the UK in my early 30s.
I always had a huge passion for canines and I wanted to be surrounded by dogs every single day. My first pet was a doberman pinscher called 'Doby' and he came into my life when I was a child at the age of 13. I fell in love with all these furry companions and true friends ever since.
When I was a young soldier in the army (back in my home country) I also used to train military dogs. Therefore, I could say that I have the right set of skills and experience to understand dogs behaviour, to work, play and care for them.
I have studied canine communication, pet psychology, pets first aid and I am certified in professional dog training, pet sitting and dog walking.
If you need my help, I am here to offer you my professional services and do not hesitate to contact me.

I'm available for walks and drop in visits Monday, Tuesday & Friday 10am-4pm, along with overnight house sits Friday-Sunday, I cannot currently have any pets in my home.
I can offer beginner level training along with tips to help you continue with training on your own.
During drop in visits and walks, I can provide an hour at a time, I'm fine with doing a couple of bookings in a day if needed, along with other needs. Friday-Sunday I can stay for a few hours along with any other needs such as feeding, toilet breaks, brain training activities, etc.
I also make it a point to bring in any post and put it out of reach if possible or watering plants if required.
On walks I will preferably be going to the nearest park, although I also like to let the doggos follow their nose as its good for brain stimulation, it's good to let them explore.
During house sitting on the weekend, I will be in the home most of the time usually on the sofa enjoying cuddles, other than this we will be going to walks, playing and doing brain training activities or in the garden when the weather is nice (if possible).
Whenever I go out I will probably be gone for 3 hours max, but I usually leave the light/radio/TV on for them.

I have been a mum to many different animals in the last 15 years of my life from dogs and cats to ferrets and rats and I always love meeting new pets. I also have experience with elderly, rescues and puppies. Along with other less common animals such as snakes and birds.
I have a dog CPR/first aid certificate and I have completed a beginners dog training course.
I am a full time insured dog walker and pet sitter in East London (Currently only accepting in E4 area).
It is not a problem if your dog is friendly with other dogs or not, I can provide group (up to 3 dogs per person) or solo walks. I do not have a preference on your dogs size, all furry friends are welcome to join the pack. I would prefer to meet your little companions before I walk them to make sure we all get along well, this will also help us figure out what other dogs we can pair them with (if any). We look forward to hearing from you!

I am 18 years old, i have 2 cats of my own and 2 dogs back home that i take care of (big and small), i have an roommate who has 2 hamsters and i look after them while she is gone.

I love working with animals and enjoy providing them with the care and attention they deserve. I have experience looking after dogs, cats, and small pets, making sure they are safe, comfortable, and happy while their owners are away. I’m reliable, patient, and always follow routines so pets feel secure. Whether it’s daily walks, playtime, or cuddles, I treat every pet as if they were my own.

I’m reliable, responsible, and attentive, and I follow routines carefully so pets remain comfortable while their owners are away. I believe pets deserve the same care and affection they would get from their family, and I enjoy building trust with them through patience and kindness.
