"Our rescue dog Kida is extremely wary of new people but Bronwen has been so patient with her and is understanding of her various reactivity issues. She has a very calm demeanour which I think has really put Kida at ease. She clearly has a lot of experience with anxious and reactive dogs so we know Kida is in excellent hands!"
