My name is Prisca and I am based in Brighton. Unfortunately due to my living situation I am unable to have pets of my own at the moment, so I thought that pet sitting could be a nice way to spend time with animals while helping people out! I'm 35, self-employed and I live not too far from lots of green spaces (Preston Park, Wild Park, The Level, St Ann's Wells etc.), so I can be flexible with timings and I'm always up for a nature walk, as it's so accessible.
I have a lot of experience with cats and dogs, but would be happy to look after any pet. I like to go on a lot of nature walks, so if you have a dog (or adventurous cat!) I would love to take them out with me, but would be equally happy keeping them company at home, depending on their preference. I know people have different ways of training their pets, so I am very happy to adhere to whatever guidelines you provide. I've spent time with very elderly dogs who required a lot of care, so I have experience dealing with very unique requirements, and I've also been a sitter for lots of cats who ranged from being super affectionate to not wanting much interaction. Either way, I just want to make sure they are happy while you are away!
I offer overnight pet sitting in your home, daily visits and/or daily walks. These can vary in timings, as different pets have different needs, but I will always discuss the details before we confirm a booking to make sure we're on the same page. Past pet owners that I've been a sitter for have asked for visits that included some play time, others just wanted someone to come and feed their pet and then leave - whatever you prefer, I'm easy!

As a child I had a Labrador from 2007–2019 and I now have a Bengal cat, so I’m very used to high-energy pets and can keep up with long walks and plenty of zoomies. I like to keep fit, so I’m happy to offer walks ranging from 30 minutes up to 2.5–3 hours depending on your dog’s needs. I enjoy playing, keeping animals mentally stimulated, and even inventing new games to keep things fun and engaging.
I pay close attention to each pet’s individual routine, including dietary requirements, exercise levels, and any specific behaviours. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, or needs a bit of extra patience, I always adapt my approach to suit them. I especially love Dachshunds and small breeds, but I’m equally happy with big, friendly dogs.

Hello! My name is Amy, I live in Brighton and have been a huge animal lover for as long as I can remember. I've been trusted to look after my friends and families pets, from hamsters to rabbits, goldfish, dogs, and lots of cats in-between! I have always enjoyed how rewarding it is to look after animals, they make me feel so happy and relaxed - I genuinely love it!I love being there for my clients, and their sweet animals alike. I have a wealth of experience with different dogs and cats. I often like to watch how they settle into their own environment, e.g. if they have a favourite spot, or if they like to be scratched behind the ears! New to Brighton and Pawshake

  What's the craic?! (Means what's up in Irish haha) my names Caolán! I have recently moved to Brighton from Ireland one of my favourite things about Brighton is just how many dogs I see everyday while I'm out and about I personally have a cat called crystal and a dog called Roxie back home which safe to say I miss them very much. 


  So what a better way to help with that is to see you peoples cats and dogs! I was recomended pawshake by my sister who is also been a pet sitter for quite a while now and I thought the idea sounded brillant!
