"Chiaki was amazing with Ollie! She sends plenty of photo updates, where it is clear that Ollie is not only getting great care but also a good deal of exercise. Chiaki also varied his walks, praised him for recall and gave him treats. Not only this but Chiaki has been flexible around my work schedule, goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that Ollie is taken care of at every opportunity, and is just a really kind and lovely person who is a pleasure to interact with. I highly recommend her!"
