"From the moment we met, they were friendly, professional, and clearly very experienced with dogs. Communication was excellent before and during the booking, which gave me real peace of mind. Their home was clean, cosy, and safe, with plenty of space for dogs to relax.
The handover was smooth and well organised, and they took the time to understand my dog’s routine and needs. I felt completely confident leaving my dog in their care and had no concerns at any point. Everything went perfectly, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again or recommend them to others."

"Chiaki was amazing with Ollie! She sends plenty of photo updates, where it is clear that Ollie is not only getting great care but also a good deal of exercise. Chiaki also varied his walks, praised him for recall and gave him treats. Not only this but Chiaki has been flexible around my work schedule, goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that Ollie is taken care of at every opportunity, and is just a really kind and lovely person who is a pleasure to interact with. I highly recommend her!"
