Sometimes life can get really busy and you might find yourself a little short on time to walk your dog. Luckily with Pawshake, it is really easy to connect with thousands of pet lovers and find a walker in Normandy who is available and waiting to help you out.

All of our walkers are vetted individually and every dog walker booking is covered by The Pawshake Guarantee so you can rest easy while they spend time with your dog. Additionally, your Pawshake walker will be from your local Normandy neighbourhood and their profile also includes reviews from other pet parents.

Having a dog walker visit during the day is an affordable and great way to break up the day and make your dog’s day more interesting. Some of our walkers walk multiple dogs at once so this service is a great way for your dog to socialise and meet other similar dogs. However, if your dog prefers to be walked alone, you can also find Normandy dog walkers who only walk one dog at a time. That way, the walks can be completely dedicated to what your dogs want – whether is a slow walk-and-sniff or a faster paced brisk walk around the block, our Pawshake dog walkers will be happy to oblige.

Hi! I’m Jolie, a Veterinary Medicine student at the University of Surrey with hands-on experience caring for dogs, cats and other animals through both my studies and clinical placements.

I understand how important it is to find someone you can truly trust with your pets. Whether it’s a walk, drop-in visit or overnight stay, I’ll treat your pets as if they were my own. I’m confident recognising normal behaviour, spotting signs that something may not be quite right, and following any care instructions carefully, including administering medication if needed.

I have grown up with dogs and currently have my own Shiba inu for 9years, so I understand different personalities, energy levels and routines. I know every pet is unique, and I always take the time to help them feel comfortable and secure.

I offer dog walking (30 or 60 minutes), drop-in visits and house sitting. During every visit I’ll make sure your pets have fresh water, meals, toilet breaks, exercise, enrichment, playtime and plenty of affection. I always follow your pet’s usual routine as closely as possible to help them feel comfortable and settled. I’m also happy to send regular photo and video updates so you can relax while you’re away.
As a veterinary student, animal welfare is at the heart of everything I do. My goal is not just to look after your pet, but to give you complete peace of mind knowing they’re in safe and caring hands.

Animals have always been a big part of my life, and caring for them comes naturally to me. Over the years I've owned five cats, two dogs, two guinea pigs, and three hamsters, so I'm experienced with a variety of pets and understand that every animal has their own unique personality, routine, and needs. I know how important it is to find someone you can trust with your pets, and I'll always treat them with the same care, patience, and affection that I would my own.
I offer dog walking and drop-in visits, with each service tailored to suit your pet's individual needs. Whether your dog enjoys an energetic walk or prefers a slower pace, I'll make sure they get the exercise, attention, and enrichment they need while keeping to their usual routine. During drop-in visits, I can feed your pets, refresh their water, provide companionship, play with them, clean litter trays or small animal enclosures where needed, and make sure they're happy and comfortable while you're away. I'm also happy to follow specific feeding routines and administer basic care according to your instructions.
I'm comfortable caring for dogs, cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, and other small pets, and I'm always happy to learn about your pet's individual preferences and routine. Before any booking, I'd love to arrange a meet-and-greet so we can discuss everything needed to ensure your pet receives the very best care.
My aim is to give you complete peace of mind while you're away by providing reliable, friendly, and attentive care. I'll keep you updated with messages and photos during every visit or walk, so you can relax knowing your pet is in safe and caring hands.

I’m a second-year law student at the University of Surrey with a lifelong love for dogs and a strong foundation in professional pet care. Having grown up surrounded by multiple dogs, caring for animals has always been second nature to me.

For over five years, I have worked alongside my mother, who runs a highly rated, five-star doggy daycare, boarding, and walking service, Happy Pooch. Through this experience, I’ve developed practical skills in handling dogs of all breeds, temperaments, and needs. Whether that’s energetic puppies, anxious rescues, or older dogs requiring a gentler approach.

I offer dog walking services and home visits, providing flexible care tailored to your pet’s routine. Whether your dog needs regular walks, drop-in visits for feeding and companionship, or check-ins while you’re away, I ensure they are well cared for and comfortable in their environment.

My motivation comes from a genuine enjoyment of spending time with dogs and supporting their wellbeing. I understand how important trust and consistency are, so I prioritise reliability, clear communication, and maintaining each dog’s routine as closely as possible.

For safety and wellbeing, I only accept vaccinated pets. I aim to provide attentive, responsible care that gives you confidence your dog is in safe hands.

Hi, I'm Christina, and I'm a huge dog lover!I grew up with a Labrador called Pebbles, who sadly passed away two years ago. She was such a special part of our family, and ever since then I've loved spending time with dogs and caring for them.
Whether your dog loves long walks, playing fetch, or simply relaxing with friendly company, I'll make sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for while you're away. I tailor my care to each dog's personality, age, and energy level. Walks are usually 30–60 minutes, depending on their needs, and I'll always follow your routine for feeding, exercise, medication, and any special instructions.
Having owned and cared for my own dog for many years, I'm confident with all aspects of day-to-day care, including feeding, walking, sticking to routines, administering simple medication, and recognising when a dog needs exercise, rest, or reassurance. I'm patient with nervous or anxious dogs and understand the importance of letting them settle at their own pace. I'm also happy caring for energetic dogs who need plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. If caring for more than one dog, I'll ensure each receives individual attention while keeping walks and interactions safe and well managed.
During dog sitting, your dog will receive plenty of attention, toilet breaks, exercise, playtime, fresh water, and lots of affection. Their safety is always my priority, and I'll supervise them closely while sending regular photo updates so you can relax knowing they're in good hands.
In the unlikely event of an emergency, I'll remain calm and act quickly in your dog's best interests. I'll contact you immediately and, if needed, take your dog to your preferred vet or the nearest emergency veterinary practice while following any instructions you've provided.
I always prefer to meet dogs before their first walk or stay so they can get to know me and feel comfortable. For off-lead walks, I ask that dogs have reliable recall, as their safety is my top priority.
I'm currently a student home for the summer, so I have a very flexible schedule for walks, house sitting, boarding, and daycare. I live in a clean, calm, dog-friendly home close to Ash Ranges, which is perfect for long, enriching walks. Having grown up in the area, I know plenty of great walking routes, and I'll make sure your dog has a safe, comfortable, and loving environment while in my care.
I'm also DBS checked !

Hi! I’m Ilona, a passionate animal lover with my own 13 yo doggy Zuza, the biggest cuddle bug you could ever meet! Spending time with pet brings me so much joy and I’m motivated to become a pet walker/sitter because I believe every pet deserves love, care and fun while their owners are away. There have always been dogs in my house, so I treat them like family members.
During every walk, your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. I always walk dogs on secure leads unless otherwise agreed, carefully monitor their behaviour, and adjust the pace to suit their age, energy level, and needs. I make sure dogs have access to water, take breaks when needed, and avoid stressful or overcrowded areas. I use positive reinforcement, give plenty of attention and reassurance, and treat every dog as if they were my own. After each walk, I ensure your pet returns home well cared for.
I have already taken care of medium-sized dogs, but I’m also happy to walk larger dogs that are friendly and calm. I have looked after breeds such as Beagles, Yorkshire Terriers, German Shepherds, as well as mixed-breed dogs.
I’m reliable, responsible and I love providing walks and playtime tailored to each pet’s needs. My goal is to create a happy, safe, and stress-free experience for your furry friends, giving you peace of mind.
