Sometimes life can get really busy and you might find yourself a little short on time to walk your dog. Luckily with Pawshake, it is really easy to connect with thousands of pet lovers and find a walker in West Drayton who is available and waiting to help you out.

All of our walkers are vetted individually and every dog walker booking is covered by The Pawshake Guarantee so you can rest easy while they spend time with your dog. Additionally, your Pawshake walker will be from your local West Drayton neighbourhood and their profile also includes reviews from other pet parents.

Having a dog walker visit during the day is an affordable and great way to break up the day and make your dog’s day more interesting. Some of our walkers walk multiple dogs at once so this service is a great way for your dog to socialise and meet other similar dogs. However, if your dog prefers to be walked alone, you can also find West Drayton dog walkers who only walk one dog at a time. That way, the walks can be completely dedicated to what your dogs want – whether is a slow walk-and-sniff or a faster paced brisk walk around the block, our Pawshake dog walkers will be happy to oblige.

Dogs have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I helped raise and care for one or two dogs at a time, gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of breeds and temperaments, from laid-back French Bulldogs to anxious Labradors to a high-energy, high-maintenance Rhodesian Ridgeback, and plenty in between.

That variety taught me something important: every breed has different needs, and understanding those needs is the key to raising a dog that’s not just obedient, but genuinely happy. To me, the two go hand in hand.

My experience spans the full journey, from training a bouncy puppy to gently caring for an elderly dog through their final months. Whatever stage your dog is at, I bring patience, knowledge, and real care to every visit.

A house isn’t quite a home without a dog in it. I’d love to help care for yours.

Devoted petsitter with specialism and key experience in caring for rescue pets, senior pets, nervous pets and pets with complex medical needs.

Hello! :) I’m an experienced pet sitter and dog-walker who is Pet First Aid trained, fully insured and DBS checked. I’m passionate about excellent animal care and I believe in adequate training, so in addition to my years of pet care experience I have completed 16 months of volunteer dog walking and 5 months of rescue/street dog volunteering before advancing into professional pet care.

I now dog-walk and petsit professionally. I have looked after over 40 pets in their homes, for which I have received excellent reviews and references!
I am experienced in caring for a variety of pets including dogs, cats, rabbits and birds, with specialisation in caring for rescue pets, senior pets, nervous/reactive pets and pets diagnosed with anxiety/depression. If you are looking for a sitter who is equipped to provide focused care to pets who require skilled handling, patience and understanding, then you’ve found the right sitter :)

My specialised experience:

Seniors:
A large proportion of my clients are senior pets and I provide bespoke, attentive care tailored to the unique needs that come with ageing. I have experience supporting pets with arthritis, chemotherapy, complex health conditions, mobility issues and those requiring regular medication, as well as seniors experiencing cognitive changes, anxiety, depression or behavioural shifts associated with seniors. I offer extra physical support, move at each pets pace and prioritise comfort, dignity, and emotional wellbeing at all times. I am Pet First Aid certified regarding all pets and for dogs I am currently training in canine massage therapy. I also offer specialised seniors enrichment and holistic care sessions as a core part of my service because senior pets deserve to have quality, attentive care and most of all they deserve to feel valued and supported! When booking we can discuss an enriching and enjoyable activity schedule for your senior pets - because after all, older pets still want to have fun!

Rescue pets:
I have extensive experience caring for rescue animals, including those who have been abandoned or have experienced trauma. I am well versed in supporting pets with anxious attachment, heightened stress or trauma and I prioritise creating a calm, safe and welcoming environment where they can settle at their own pace. I also have the patience and understanding to care for rescue pets who may be reactive due to their experiences. When caring for rescue pets, I am fully present with them and provide close, consistent support. If you are working with a behaviourists, shelters, or rescue organisations I am happy to work alongside your care plan to ensure continuity, routine and stability.

International rescue pets (brought to the UK):
I also specialise in caring for international rescue pets, particularly dogs and cats, whose support needs can differ significantly from UK-based rescues. I have worked with rescue dogs and cats internationally and I have also looked after rescue pets in the UK who have been relocated from abroad. Dogs and cats rescued from abroad have experienced long-distance travel (sometimes in cargo or via boat), major environmental changes, different climates as well as new, unfamiliar languages or verbal cues, all of which can be a lot for them to cope with during adjustment. Some international rescue pets have also lived as street animals abroad and were accustomed to roaming freely, sourcing food independently and protecting themselves which can shape behaviour in ways not commonly seen in UK-raised cats and dogs. I have experience supporting these transitions with patience, understanding and calm, structured care. If you have a rescue dog or cat from countries such as Romania, Greece, Türkiye, Bulgaria or elsewhere abroad, please message me to discuss how I can provide tailored support.

Complex Health Conditions experience:
I have experience providing specialised care for pets with complex health conditions including advanced arthritis, cancer and scoliosis. I am able to support pets who require careful handling, close observation, medication routines and thoughtful adjustments to daily care in order to maintain comfort and quality of life. I approach these cases with patience, sensitivity and clear communication with owners, ensuring each pet feels safe, understood and properly supported throughout your pets care. Please note that if your pet has a condition which can be passed to other pets via humans contact, this will need to be arranged as a specialised isolated booking to allow me time to quarantine post-care and complete the necessary decontamination and sanitisation protocols. Please message me regarding this.

Administering medication experience:
I have experience administering medication to pets and can also provide the necessary aftercare. Medications I have safely administered in the past include wound treatment creams, eye drops, heart medication, thyroid medication, anxiety medication and antidepressants as well as calming aid and digestive aid.
I understand the importance of safe handling when administering medication and I take particular care to ensure pets feel comfortable and safe whilst doing so.

Reactive pets:
I understand that some pets require specialised skilled and responsible handling to ensure their safety and the safety of others. If your pet has specific behavioural needs, please don’t hesitate to message me – I’m here to help and will ensure your pet is well-cared for and safe during our time together!

Anxious pets:
I have experience working with anxious pets and provide empathetic, calm care tailored to their needs. I ensure they are not placed in situations that may trigger anxiety, both at home and in outdoor spaces. I’m always open to discussing your pet’s specific needs, so please feel comfortable sharing any concerns. The safety and well-being of your pet are my top priorities and I’m passionate about giving them the best care possible.

Puppies and kittens:
I am experienced in supporting puppies and kittens during their early development, including assisting with toilet training, confidence-building and everyday skills such as safe road crossing behaviour. Case Study: (The client mentioned in this case study has formally credited me in a written reference for the following progress). My client’s large-breed puppy was fearful of stairs, requiring the client to carry her up several flights of stairs independently a lift-less apartment block. The puppy was becoming too heavy to lift. I was hired for pet care and through a focused and supportive training routine, I taught the puppy to confidently walk up and down the stairs independently. I am also comfortable caring for puppies in the teething and biting phase, understand this as a normal stage of development, and am experienced in managing and minimising biting safely and calmly, using appropriate equipment where needed. Please message me to discuss your puppies needs.

My references are verifiable and happy to be contacted.

For as long as I can remember, I have always loved animals: dogs, cats,… and many others! I have 20+ years experience of being a dog owner: a King Charles Spaniel and more recently, my late working Cocker Spaniel Lily ️, whom I cared for for 14 years and into her old age. I also have experience of looking after a French Bulldog for a family member. I am fit and energetic, with a compassion and patience for older animals when required. Our dog Lily had a back problem in the last two years of her life and we managed to find a healthy balance between living life and resting when needed. I also feel I'm a reliable individual and someone you can trust with your furry friend. I am a dance teacher and dance exercise instructor by occupation and I’m currently available to dog walk throughout the week and also on Sundays. Please enquire for my current availability. Additional info: I can walk your dog in your local area and can ensure they receive the right amount of exercise. Please discuss when making a booking. I always ensure your dog is safe and avoid interaction with larger dogs when possible. I would also only walk one dog at a time so your dog has my full attention. I would come to meet you and your dog prior to your first walk so your pet can become familiar with me. My preference is to walk small to medium size dogs and I’m especially knowledgeable on spaniels and cocker spaniels. If I was to consider day boarding, I would ensure that your dog spent enough time playing and would ensure they had their daily walk.

I am a fun loving animal lover! I am a big sister to two beautiful pets at home, a persian cat named Penny and a golden retriever dog named Duke both aged 4. i love my pets, and hence would take care of yours as they were mine!
I've been around animals since a young age. Volunteered in shelters and non profit organisations growing up. Would do feeding cycles for the stray animals everyday as a part of my routine at the shelter.
As i love animals, i am keen and comfortable working around them. Would also occasionally take my neighbours dogs for a walk too if that counts as valid experience! I've always wanted to pet sit professionally and i think this would be my chance to do so! I will help you enjoy your vacations or at work and you can be relaxed whilst i take care of your fur babies!

I have always loved dogs, and have always been a fan of caring for them. I currently work fulltime and I own a Border Collie x Beagle who is extremely well behaved and gets along with all dogs. I can provide training for your pet as well as daily walks and constant supervision as I do not work everyday and my hours are spread out. I have raised my own dog and so am very familiar with dog behaviours.
I have experience caring for royal dogs due to the line of work my dad does and so you can be sure to know that I will take extra special care of your furry best friend! I know I would want someone to do the same for me. I have cared for numerous other breeds before such as Huskies, German Shepherds, Pomeranians, Maltipoos, Jack Russells and Shiba Inus.
Due to having a dog of my own I only accept house trained dogs and vaccinated dogs. As my dog is neutered I have no problem accepting dogs that arent neutered.
I can provide pickup and drop off services as I own a car and am able to drive to pick up your pet.
I live nearby a park which is open and so I often leave my dog off the leash and can constantly keep an eye on him, however I am more than happy to keep your dog on the leash. I also have a very big secure garden which your dog can enjoy during the hot summer days.
Your furry friend will be staying in my house, which consists of 4 bedrooms, a large garden and large living room. You are more than welcome to come and view the house. I am currently not working and so will be providing 24/7 supervision if needed and will be able to provide your pet will all the care it needs.
If you have any questions please message me!

I am available Monday to Friday after 4p.m., and on weekends I have full avaibility. I live near Hayes and Harlington, and since my school is Hoxton, I am happy too travel between zones 1 and 5. Unfortunatley dueto my housing situation I am not able to offer any service at my own home.
