Sometimes life can get really busy and you might find yourself a little short on time to walk your dog. Luckily with Pawshake, it is really easy to connect with thousands of pet lovers and find a walker in Acocks Green who is available and waiting to help you out.

All of our walkers are vetted individually and every dog walker booking is covered by The Pawshake Guarantee so you can rest easy while they spend time with your dog. Additionally, your Pawshake walker will be from your local Acocks Green neighbourhood and their profile also includes reviews from other pet parents.

Having a dog walker visit during the day is an affordable and great way to break up the day and make your dog’s day more interesting. Some of our walkers walk multiple dogs at once so this service is a great way for your dog to socialise and meet other similar dogs. However, if your dog prefers to be walked alone, you can also find Acocks Green dog walkers who only walk one dog at a time. That way, the walks can be completely dedicated to what your dogs want – whether is a slow walk-and-sniff or a faster paced brisk walk around the block, our Pawshake dog walkers will be happy to oblige.

Hi, I’m Tee

I’m a lifelong animal lover and a proud pet owner myself, so I know firsthand how much trust it takes to leave your pets in someone else’s care. Currently Being apart of the ItsNotADogKennel Team Alongside looking after my own & previously building hands on experience through pet shop work placements and boarding environments, where I cared for cats, dogs, small pets, and even more exotic animals like birds, reptiles, and tarantulas.

I’m reliable, patient, and detail oriented whether that’s sticking to feeding schedules, giving plenty of fuss and playtime, or keeping habitats clean and safe. With a background in customer service and volunteering, I’m also used to being responsible and approachable, which helps pets (and their owners!) feel at ease.

I’m mainly available around Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Walsall, and surrounding areas, but can also consider further north/west locations for overnight care.

I always treat every animal as if they were my own, and I’d love the chance to meet your furry, feathery, or scaly family members! ‍‍

I am 26 living in Birmingham City Centre however, I am available in the Quinton and Woodridge Valley areas of Quinton.
I am able to offer home visits (minimum 30 minutes) to feed your pets (dogs, cats, aquatic pets, and any other pets if it has been agreed beforehand). I am happy to water any plants and collect any post if required.
I am happy to follow your dog walking schedule, no matter how long that may be, and I am more than happy to walk active dogs for up to 60 minutes, however this must be booked as a double home visit.
Having lived with cats for most of my life, I’m well-acquainted with their behaviours, needs, and how to build trust with them. I’ve also lived with dogs and have a solid understanding of their daily care and exercise requirements.
Beyond my personal pets, I have volunteered at Hilbrae Kennels on multiple occasions where I walk and handle stray dogs, including large breeds with nervous temperaments. This has given me valuable experience in handling a variety of dogs with different behaviours.
Additionally, I own two aquariums (64L and 94L) and am knowledgeable about maintaining them. I’m happy to feed and care for aquatic pets, ensuring they receive proper attention during your absence.
My motivation to be a pet sitter stems from my deep love of animals and a desire to ensure they continue to feel loved and secure when their carers are away. I believe every pet deserves consistent care and affection, and I’m committed to providing just that.

I respect each pet’s individual personality and follow their usual routine as closely as possible to reduce stress while their owners are away.My motivation to be a pet sitter comes from my genuine love for animals and my commitment to providing dependable, high-quality care. I take pride in being reliable, organised, and respectful of both pets and homes. I have experience of pet sitting for my friends 2 cats. Hi, I’m Asam, a calm and reliable pet sitter based in Birmingham.

I understand how important it is for pets to feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed in their own home. My approach is patient, attentive, and consistent, which helps both energetic and more anxious pets settle quickly.

I have hands-on experience caring for both dogs and cats, including larger breeds, senior pets, and more active dogs. I’m confident handling different temperaments and always adapt to each pet’s needs, whether that’s structured walks, playtime, or simply providing calm companionship.

During house sitting or drop-in visits, I follow each owner’s routine closely — including feeding, walking, cleaning, and any specific instructions. I also provide regular updates and photos, so you always have peace of mind while you’re away.

I stay calm and focused in all situations and can handle unexpected issues responsibly, ensuring your pet is safe, secure, and well cared for at all times.

My goal is simple: to give your pet the same level of care and attention you would yourself.

Hello! My name is Komal.
I absolutely adore animals!
Along with my own pets, I have cared for many others over the years including cats, small and large dogs, and I enjoy getting to know each pet’s unique personality.
I grew up with pets and now have my own much loved cats at home, and dog at my mom’s, so I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust. My experience includes feeding routines, playtime, grooming basics, litter/cleaning care, and giving oral medication when needed. I’m very patient, gentle, and confident with shy or nervous pets as well as energetic, playful ones.
I tailor my care to each pet. Whether your pet loves cuddles, long walks, quiet company, or active play, I make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed. I’m familiar with different behaviour types confident, anxious, excitable, or timid and I always take the time to let pets approach me at their own pace.
For safety, I follow clear routines:
• I double check doors, gates, and windows before and after each visit.
• I maintain your pet’s regular feeding schedule to avoid stress.
• I keep a close eye on behaviour signs such as overstimulation, stress, or discomfort.
• For dogs, I only use secure leads and harnesses provided by the owner.
• For cats, I ensure litter areas stay clean and hygienic.
If I’m caring for more than one pet, I supervise all interactions closely and make introductions slowly and calmly to ensure everyone feels safe and comfortable. I never leave pets unattended in situations where they could be at risk.
In case of an emergency, I act quickly and appropriately contacting you immediately, following your instructions, and if needed, getting your pet to the nearest vet. Your pet’s safety and wellbeing always come first.
I love sending daily updates, photos, and videos so you can relax knowing your pet is happy and well cared for. I want you to feel the same reassurance I value when my own pet is being looked after.
Thank you so much for reading my profile. I’d be delighted to care for your furry family member and I look forward to hearing from you soon!
