For pet parents, one of the hardest things about going to work each day is wondering what your dog will get up to while you are gone. At Pawshake, we understand that dogs need activity and interaction during the day, so why not book your dog with one of our trusted sitters in Beeston for a home day care service? You can drop your dog off at the sitter’s home on the way to work or organise with your local Beeston Pawshake sitter to pick up and drop off your dog for you.

Pet day care is a great way to keep your dog mentally and physically active during the day so that you can come home to a happy, relaxed dog. Pawshake’s home day care service is great for young dogs who need constant supervision: puppy daycare allows your pup to maintain a consistent routine, which is important during the toilet training process. It’s also a great option for dogs who need extra care and attention, or those who are extra active.

Our sitters who offer home day care and puppy daycare services are more adaptable than your average big day care centre. Numbers are kept small and some Pawshake sitters will only take in one dog at a time. This means they can work around your timing and any special requirements your dog may have. So, let your four-legged best friend enjoy their day with a fun and loving Beeston sitter who will shower them with love and dedicated attention. On top of that, you will also get photos and updates during the day so that you can follow your dog’s day care adventures!

Every day care booking also comes included with The Pawshake Guarantee, which includes veterinary coverage, customer service support 7 days a week and more.

Hi, I’m Kathryn. I have grown up with dogs throughout my life, so caring for them has always been a natural and important part of who I am. What began as a lifelong love has grown into my passion and profession.
For the past six years, I have been a licensed home boarder with Rushcliffe Borough Council, providing safe, caring and reliable home boarding and doggy daycare for dogs with a wide range of ages, personalities and needs.
At Happy Paws, your dog will enjoy:
Lovely woodland and countryside walks Fun enrichment and mental stimulation Care tailored to their individual routine and needs A relaxed home environment instead of a kennel setting️ Plenty of attention, affection and cuddles A safe, settled and welcoming place to stay
Your dog won’t simply be a guest — they’ll be treated as one of my own. I take the time to get to know every dog, helping them feel comfortable, happy and secure from the moment they arrive.
For your peace of mind, I am licensed, fully insured, DBS checked and Canine First Aid trained. You can relax knowing your four-legged family member is in experienced, responsible and loving hands.
I understand how difficult it can be to leave your dog with someone new. That’s why I offer a personal service built around trust, communication and your dog’s wellbeing.
Ready to give your dog a happy home away from home? Get in touch today to arrange a meet-and-greet. I’d love to meet you both and discover how Happy Paws can make your dog’s next stay safe, enjoyable and full of wagging tails! ️

Dear I am a caring and reliable pet sitter and a genuine animal lover. I am currently an international student in Loughborough, and back home in India I have four dogs who are a big part of my life. Since moving here, my parents are looking after them, and I do miss them a lot. Spending time with dogs here helps me feel connected to them, and it’s something I really enjoy.
My motivation to be a pet sitter comes from my love for animals. I understand how important it is for owners to feel their pets are safe and comfortable when they are away. I aim to provide calm, patient and attentive care, making sure each pet feels relaxed in their own environment.
I have hands-on experience from caring for my own dogs, including feeding, walking and understanding different personalities. I am responsible, patient and used to being around multiple dogs.
At the moment, I offer dog walking and pet sitting in the owner’s home rather than boarding. For safety and wellbeing, I only care for vaccinated pets
I miss my own dogs every day – Togo, Tessa, Cappucchino and Cookie

Hi! I'm a university student based in Nottingham, and I've always naturally connected with animals. I'm usually the one who notices a dog before anything else or ends up sitting quietly with a cat while everyone else is busy.
What I enjoy most is getting to know each pet's personality. Some are energetic and love long walks and playtime, while others just want a calm and reassuring presence. I try to adapt to each pet rather than treating them all the same, which I think helps them feel more comfortable, especially when their owner is away.
I have experience looking after pets for friends and people around me, particularly during weekends and holidays. Through this, I've become confident with feeding routines, walks, basic grooming, and keeping pets relaxed in a familiar environment.
A typical visit with me would include making sure your pet is fed on time, has fresh water, gets enough exercise or playtime depending on their needs, and of course some attention and affection so they don't feel lonely. I also like to keep things clean and calm around them.
I'm happy to send updates and photos if you'd like, just so you can feel reassured while you're away. If your pet requires medication, I'm open to following clear instructions carefully.
In case of any emergency, I would contact you immediately and follow your preferred instructions, or reach out to a local vet if needed.
I'd describe myself as gentle, patient, and responsible. I take pet care seriously, even if | naturally enjoy it.
For safety, I would prefer pets to be vaccinated before staying with me.

Hi There,

I've adored cats and dogs ever since I was a little girl, and growing up surrounded by animals helped shape the patient, gentle, and attentive sitter I am today. After moving to the UK, I’ve been missing my own pets, Mickey and Milo, so I've decided to open my heart and home to other furry friends here. Spending time with animals here truly brings me joy and comfort.

I’m currently a postgraduate student, which gives me plenty of flexible free time to focus on your pet’s needs—whether that’s playtime, walks, cuddles, or simply keeping them company while you’re away. Your pet’s happiness and safety will always be my top priorities.

My husband and I live in a comfortable house with a secure backyard, perfect for fresh-air breaks, exploring, or relaxing in the sunshine. I’m dedicated to creating a calm, fun, and loving environment where every pet feels welcomed, understood, and cared for like family.

Hey! I'm Jade, a nurse, a mum, and a crazy cat lady. You may have seen me chatting to cats in your local area and giving them lots of fuss. I am the proud owner of a ️ spicy ️ 16 year old cat, who I have had since she was 8 weeks old. I am picky with who sits my cat when I am away, so can empathise with how hard it is to find your perfect person, however my high standards mean you will recieve high standards
I have also had a previous cat who in her later years required medications, so I have experience with giving medications if your little one requires this. ‍
My cat has also had babies in her early years, so I have excellent experience with kittens. I am more than happy to come over and give your kitty the fuss they deserve. However if your cat prefers their own space, I will remain nearby so they know they have a human close to them, and hopefully earn their trust over however long I am caring for them. I am happy to discuss how long you wish for me to be present, depending on your cats needs.
My love for animals doesn't end with cats, but I also love dogs, having grown up with these. I aim to get around 10k steps in daily outside of my job, and why not do it with a dog?!

I work part time shifts, so my availability will be different each week but I am very happy to discuss what I can and can't do. I also have a 5 year old son who loves cats but is unsure of dogs, so ideally no big dogs who are child friendly (my little one won't be joining dog walks all the time but may need to on the odd occasion). Dog walking time may vary depending on what you need, and I am happy to get them settled back in at home.

Based in Allestree. Full driving licence holder so happy to travel locally, please message me to discuss.

Hi, I'm Annie! I'm a huge animal lover and very proud owner of Winnie, my Shihpoo, who is a massive part of my life and has probably trained me just as much as I've trained her.
I know how important it is to feel completely comfortable with the person you're trusting with your pet. They're not just an animal you happen to own – they're part of the family – and that's exactly how I'd treat any pet in my care.
I'm available for dog walks, drop-in visits and pet sitting, and I'm particularly happy looking after dogs. Walks can be tailored to your dog's usual routine, energy levels and personality rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. For drop-ins, I'm happy to help with feeding, fresh water, toilet breaks, playtime, company and, of course, plenty of attention and cuddles if that's what your pet enjoys.
I'm also very happy to follow your pet's normal routine and any instructions you leave. I know some animals want to be your best friend within approximately four seconds, while others need a little more time and space to get comfortable with someone new – I'm happy with both!
I work remotely, which gives me flexibility around my availability and means I can often accommodate daytime visits and walks as well as other arrangements. I live in a quiet cul-de-sac with a fully enclosed, fenced garden, so there's safe outdoor space for toilet breaks, fresh air and a bit of playtime. I'm also close to fields and lovely walking routes, which is perfect for getting out for proper walks away from busy roads. As someone with my own dog, Winnie, my home is already very much a dog-friendly environment – pets are part of the household here, not an inconvenience!
Most importantly, I want you to be able to go out, work or travel knowing your pet is with someone who genuinely cares about their wellbeing. I'm also more than happy to send photos and updates while they're with me, because I know I'd want exactly the same for Winnie.
