I grew up with my two beautiful goldens which I loved until the end. I am very passionate about dogs. My wife and I share parenthood of Lisha, which was my wife dog and now is also mine. Lisha&nbsp; is quite old and need special care, so we are very disciplined with her and her needs.We love to have dogs in our house since we both grew up with them. We try always to follow the pet’s normal schedule and routine as well as the parents instructions. We allowed pets in our furniture as our baby Lisha is allowed too. Lisha loves to meet new dogs and keeps her entertained.&nbsp;From my side, I really like to play with them outside. I spend my days at home so I do appreciate their company.Be sure that if your pet is going to stay with us it will receive a warm welcome and lot of&nbsp; cuddles.We try to take the dogs out at least once a day and usually they sleep in the living room next to the heater and we always put a hot bottle of water with a cloth to let them could warmly.We have a wide warm living room where we always are, and is next to our private yard, which is fenced. We allowed pets to go out to the yard to do their needs. We have a big park in front of our house, so we like to walk the dogs there and chat with other dog owners.

I have always helped my friends or neighbours take care of their dogs and cats. I love taking care of pets because they make me feel happy whenever I see them jumping around or laying on my thigh which motivates me to do my stuff as well. I can say I'm more of a cat person because I find cats cute but I take care of dogs more than cats because I understand usually cats can just stay at home and they don’t need to go out for a walk, so that's why it's rare for a cat owner to ask someone else to help them take care of their cat. 

Here’s my schedule for pet sitting (it’s different for cats):
Morning: Once I wake up, I will bring the dog out for a walk immediately in Clifton Downs then come back for breakfast. So the dog will be eating at the same time as me. If it’s raining, then I will walk around my neighbourhood because the mud in Clifton downs is too wet.

Afternoon: If I’m going out to do groceries then I will bring the dog out with me and I normally buy my groceries in the Clifton supermarket so I will call my friend to take care of the dog outside the supermarket. Otherwise, I will just play with the dog in my flat.

Evening: Before I sleep, I will bring the dog out for a short walk again. For the sleeping place, I will just let them decide where they want to sleep in the room. They can sleep with me on the bed as well if they feel comfortable sleeping on the bed.

	•I will also take a picture each day and send it to you for an update.

Hellooo :) My name is Emma and I am a 38 year old animal lover! I am the type of person who will stop and say hello to any and every animal on the street. There are 2 things in this world that make me so happy and they are singing and animals!

Cats have been in my life since I was a small girl. My nan always had cats and my parents bought me my first cat at 8 years old. I currently do not have any pets because of my nomadic lifestyle but when I am ready to settle, I will make sure to have a lot of animals near me!

The past few years, I have been travelling Europe and Egypt. While I was travelling, I spent many hours (and many pounds!) on feeding stray animals, getting them vet care, giving them medication and showing them the love that they deserve. I have also helped to rehome abused animals. I have a lot of photographic evidence to support my claims here which I am more than happy to show.

While I was living in Egypt, I was cat sitting for 2 lovely kitties, Anoush (the queen of the world) and Ramses who is a humble orange gentleman. Their owner went to Europe for the summer and I was trusted to look after her house and cats for 3 months while she went away. I loved those cats and I believe they loved me....again, I have plenty of photographic and video evidence and I have a reference for this. Similarly, I stayed in Istanbul last year and again I was trusted to look after a house and a cat for the 5-6 weeks that the owners were in Europe. I made an instant connection with their silver stripy boy, Fairuz and he often slept next to me.
I also did some dog rescue when living in Egypt. I paid, cared for and re-homed many dogs who were living on the streets, some of who were abused by the local children. Every morning, I would go to the beach and feed as many dogs as I could. I also swam in the sea with them and walked along the shore. I gained their trust which was really important to me and the time I spent with them was really magical and some of the best times of my life. 
Besides pet care, I am also very interested in conservation and supporting environmental causes. I am an avid traveller and I will continue to rescue abused and stray animals as I go around the world. When I am more settled, I would like to have an animal shelter or to foster animals. I cannot stress enough on how much I love them. They are all precious babies to me!
Other things I like are; performing, exercise, meditation, teaching people to sing, nature, hiking, travelling, cakes and chocolate, trying new food, dancing, gardening and growing veg, songwriting and singing and drinking lots of tea!

I've walked and looked after many dogs over the years – from tiny Yorkshire Terriers to Old English Sheepdogs. Cheeky puppies to golden oldies. And even a three-legged rescue 🥲

I grew up with Bearded Collies and got my very own, Rupert, three years ago. We spend our days walking around BS3's Victoria Park and would love more dogs to join us.

Rupert loves meeting new friends and is happy to hang out with friendly dogs at our house (as long as they don't steal his side of the sofa ).

I am self-employed and work from home, so can be super flexible when it comes to looking after and/or walking your pooch. 

I have a small, secure garden and live right next to Victoria Park. My house isn't huge, so I can only look after dogs up to 30kg. I'm happy to walk dogs up to 35kg.
