For pet parents, one of the hardest things about going to work each day is wondering what your dog will get up to while you are gone. At Pawshake, we understand that dogs need activity and interaction during the day, so why not book your dog with one of our trusted sitters in Bromsgrove for a home day care service? You can drop your dog off at the sitter’s home on the way to work or organise with your local Bromsgrove Pawshake sitter to pick up and drop off your dog for you.

Pet day care is a great way to keep your dog mentally and physically active during the day so that you can come home to a happy, relaxed dog. Pawshake’s home day care service is great for young dogs who need constant supervision: puppy daycare allows your pup to maintain a consistent routine, which is important during the toilet training process. It’s also a great option for dogs who need extra care and attention, or those who are extra active.

Our sitters who offer home day care and puppy daycare services are more adaptable than your average big day care centre. Numbers are kept small and some Pawshake sitters will only take in one dog at a time. This means they can work around your timing and any special requirements your dog may have. So, let your four-legged best friend enjoy their day with a fun and loving Bromsgrove sitter who will shower them with love and dedicated attention. On top of that, you will also get photos and updates during the day so that you can follow your dog’s day care adventures!

Every day care booking also comes included with The Pawshake Guarantee, which includes veterinary coverage, customer service support 7 days a week and more.

Hi! I'm Milena, and together with my husband, we'd love to welcome your dog into our family.
Dogs have always been a huge part of my life. I grew up with them and have owned dogs for as long as I can remember. The only time I was without a dog was after my two elderly dogs passed away, when my son was just two years old. I waited until last year to welcome another dog because I wanted to be sure I could dedicate the time, love, and attention that every dog deserves once my children were older.
Today, our dachshund, Chewie, is very much our third child! We also have two children, aged 11 and 8, who absolutely love dogs and have been taught from an early age to treat animals with kindness, patience, and respect.
One of the reasons I decided to start offering dog boarding and daycare is because Chewie thrives in the company of other dogs. While we aren't ready to commit to a second dog of our own, we know he would love having four-legged friends to play with. At the same time, I'd love to provide other owners with the same level of care and peace of mind that I would want for my own dog.
My husband and I both work from home, so your dog will rarely, if ever, be left alone. Having someone at home throughout the day means they'll receive plenty of companionship, supervision, and affection. I walk Chewie at least once every day, always taking the weather into account by avoiding the hottest parts of the day in summer and making sure walks remain comfortable during colder weather.
Our home is calm, safe, and completely dog-friendly. We have a secure, fully enclosed garden where dogs can play safely, and a dog flap from the kitchen gives them free access to the garden throughout the day whenever they want to enjoy some fresh air or stretch their legs.
I offer dog boarding, doggy daycare, and drop-in visits. I'm happy to follow your dog's usual routine, including feeding times, walks, medication, and any special requirements, so they feel as relaxed and settled as possible.
To make sure every dog receives my full attention, I only care for small or medium size dogs, and one guest dog at a time. The only exception is if there are two dogs from the same family, as they already know each other and are comfortable sharing their space. This allows me to provide truly personalised care rather than looking after several unrelated dogs at once.
My home is best suited to friendly, sociable dogs that are comfortable around children and another playful dog. Before every booking, I'd love to learn about your dog's personality, routine, likes, dislikes, and any special needs so I can make their stay as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.
I know how much trust it takes to leave your dog with someone else because I feel exactly the same about Chewie. That's why I'll care for your dog as if they were my own and keep you updated with regular photos and messages throughout their stay, so you can relax knowing they're safe, happy, and loved.

I would love to offer my help with your dog care requirements; dog boarding at my home, dog sitting at your home, dog walking, day care, evening care. I am flexible and happy to accommodate the needs of yourself and your beloved furries.
I have been dog-bonkers since I can ever remember (envious at a young age of cousins who had dogs and I loved visiting …. as often as I could!!). It took until I was 10 years old to wear mom and dad down with my nagging to give up and allow me to have my own … since then I don’t think I’ve been without at least one, whether it be my own or taking care of someone else’s best fur-pal. Sadly, last year I lost my furry soul mate, Clint who was an English Bull Terrier, aged 13. I’m not quite ready to commit to being a ‘full time fur-mom’ again just yet, however I massively miss the companionship, love and fun that spending time with a doggo brings; I really enjoy spending time with my friends and family’s dogs. I love welcoming fur-babies into my home and ensuring that they instantly feel at home, part of the family and furniture and secure and loved.
I am experienced in caring for dogs of all ages; pups to seniors, temperaments; bonkers pups, excitable teenagers to chilled out, sleepy seniors.
I believe routine is important for all dogs and I will ensure that their routine remains the same (to your requirement) during their stay at my home.
Your dog will be walked at least twice daily (there are several local parks) and will have access at all times to the garden, which is fully enclosed.
Your fur-baby will be loved and given cuddles, attention and mental stimulation as if they were my own during their stay at my home.
I am experienced and confident in administering medication of all kinds, as necessary and I am currently in the final stages of completing a Canine First Aid course. I also have a current and up to date DBS certificate.
I am excited at the prospect of meeting yourselves and your fur-babies, and am very much looking forward to you putting your trust in me to care for them just as you do, while you are away - I promise to keep you updated with photo’s an pup-dates.
I can guarantee you the peace of mind that your furry family member will experience a home from home stay and will have the best care, attention, love and enrichment that they are used to at home.
I am flexible to your requirements and those of your dog ie, walk times, food times, bed times, (familiar routine); happy to accommodate your schedule/requirements. I truly understand how much of an important part of our lives, the happiness and welfare of our pets means to us.
A Typical Day:
My day always starts early (a habit that I can’t shake despite my bestie no longer being here).
‘Good Morning’ cuddles and wake up time is first on the agenda, followed by breakfast, (medication if appropriate etc). Further meals/medication throughout the day I will give according to your instructions.
Next, heading out to the park to read the ‘doggie newspapers’ (scent trails )/leisurely stroll/fetch ball (whichever exercise activity suits your pooch. Exercise periods and activities will always follow your preferred guidance, as routine is the key to ensuring that your fur-baby’s experience of spending time in my home is positive and a place that they can’t wait to visit again. I will be happy to continue to facilitate training methods, plans and commands that you currently use.
I have a number of lovely parks in my locality so our walks later in the day will follow a different route (… and different ‘doggie newspapers’ to read ).
Between these times there will be lots of home playtime, (indoors and outdoors), fetch, tug of war, enrichment games, etc (for those who like that), but equally there is plenty of quiet space for snoozing and recharging of batteries (ready to go again in some cases).
Alongside this I can guarantee that there will ALWAYS be time for love, cuddles, kisses and belly rubs – 24/7!!! ️
If your instructions allow, I am always happy to finish the day snuggled up on the sofa, happy to provide belly rubs. (Appreciate this is not everyones’ cup of tea and of course I would always comply with your wishes). Alternatively, there will be lots of dog-bed belly rubs and fuss instead.
If your fur-baby is used to sleeping in a crate, I have the room here to accommodate this. Equally, I am happy to share my home and do not have a problem with them being on the sofa’s, furniture, etc, and having free access throughout. I am happy to be guided by you and will accommodate your fur-baby’s routine and your wishes
Safety & Environment
Safety, security and comfort are my top priorities and something I have always taken very seriously as a dog owner.
I have a calm, clean, clutter-free home which is 100% dog friendly and free from hazards (being the mom to an English Bull Terrier for 13 years definitely taught me that !!! ).
I have a completely enclosed garden; grass and patio areas, sunshine and shade.
I have a current and up to date DBS Certificate which I will happily provide a copy of
I am Level 3 Canine First Aid Trained
I have recently enrolled on a Canine Massage Therapy Diploma course.

Hello! My name is Wing, and I’m a passionate cat enthusiast with two adorable feline companions, Doughnut and Milktea.
I have a deep love for cats and have been fortunate enough to care for friends' cats, ensuring their happiness and well-being while their owners are away. As an experienced cat sitter, I provide dedicated, loving, and attentive care, treating each kitty as if they were my own. From feeding and playtime to cuddles and keeping their environment clean, I offer a range of services to keep your cat happy and healthy such as feeding, playing and litter cleaning.
Cleaning the litter tray is also a top priority, as I understand how important it is to maintain a clean space for your furry friend. I am based in Halesowen but am more than happy to travel to Birmingham or Dudley to meet your cat.
I look forward to meeting your furry companions and making their time without you purrfect!

I have always had a special connection with animals. From a very young age, I spent most of my summer holidays at my grandparents’ home in the countryside, surrounded by all kinds of animals and pets. Those experiences taught me how to care for animals with patience, kindness and respect. I have always genuinely loved animals, and I believe they can sense that wherever I go.
I was born in Bucharest, Romania, and moved to the UK in 2015. I now live in Birmingham with my partner, Gavin, where we share a lovely two-bedroom home with our beloved cat, Kash, who brings so much joy and happiness into our lives every day.
We are both professionals with a strong passion for creativity and the arts. I work in interior design and furniture restoration, while Gavin is a singer and works pastorally with children with special educational needs. Our love of creativity is matched by our love for animals, and we regularly look after friends’ pets when they are travelling or away from home.
When caring for pets, we always make sure they feel comfortable, safe and loved. We follow their usual routines as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, rest and any specific needs they may have. We understand that every pet has its own personality, habits and preferences, so we take the time to build trust and help them feel at home.
Our home is a calm, warm and welcoming environment where pets can relax and feel secure. We make sure they receive plenty of attention, affection and interaction throughout the day. If they enjoy playing, we provide engaging activities and plenty of quality time, while also respecting their need for quiet moments and rest.
Kash is a very friendly and sociable cat. He has spent time around other cats and has always been happy to play, interact and share his space with them. When introducing a new pet into our home, we do so gradually and carefully, giving them time to adjust to their new surroundings and to each other. Our priority is always to ensure that every animal feels comfortable, relaxed and safe.
We also understand how important it is for pet owners to feel reassured while they are away. We are happy to provide regular updates, messages and photos, so you can see that your pet is happy, comfortable and receiving plenty of love and attention.
Animals have always been an important part of our lives, and we treat every pet that comes into our home as if they were part of our own family. For us, pet sitting is not simply a service — it is about creating a safe, loving and happy home-from-home where every animal is cared for with the same kindness and attention we would give our own.

Hello, my name is Fongfong. I’m a caring and responsible pet lover with hands-on experience looking after both dogs and cats.We live in a house with a peaceful atmosphere, and there’s a grassy area nearby that’s perfect for dog walks. It’s a quiet spot where dogs can enjoy a relaxed stroll, stretch their legs, and sniff around safely. Our home is calm and caring, and we always treat animals with kindness and respect.I used to have two toy poodles, one aged 11 and the other 7. Through the years of caring for them, I gained practical experience with small dogs, from feeding and walking to understanding the special needs of senior pets. They taught me so much about companionship, routine, and gentle attention.I’ve also cared for a friend’s cat while she was away for 10 days, visiting daily to feed, clean the litter tray, and spend quality time playing and bonding. I’ve been a devoted dog owner for the past 13 years and, during that time, I’ve also regularly cared for the dogs of family and friends. Looking after animals has always been something I genuinely love, and I understand how important it is to find someone you can fully trust with your pet. I treat every dog as if they were my own, making sure they feel safe, loved, comfortable, and happy while in my care.

I enjoy spending time outdoors and love going on long walks, so your dog will always get plenty of exercise, attention, and stimulation. I’m fortunate to live close to beautiful woodlands, canals, and parks, which means there are lots of exciting places for dogs to explore and enjoy. Whether your pet enjoys energetic adventures, gentle strolls, playtime, or simply companionship and cuddles, I’m happy to adapt to their individual personality and needs to ensure they feel completely at home.

Happy to do big walks or little walks whatever works best. Usually 30 mins at a time. One walk in the morning and one in the afternoon/evening. This I not set in stone happy to fit in with current schedule.
I only take one booking at a time so either 1 dog or 2 dogs from the same home.
I work from home so can be home all of the time if required for plenty of walks and cuddles. So your dog wouldn't be left alone.
I tend to only walk one dog at a time unless they are from the same family.
I have experience with very reactive and anxious dogs so can take that in my stride when out walking. I find street walking can be a better environment rather than a park or woodland area. I tend to keep dogs on their leads again for additional safety.
I'm happy to administer medication if required. I would need vet contact details just in case of an emergency.

I have my animal first aid.
I'm DBS checked.
